Felt similar to staying in a dorm room. No decorations hardly. Blank slate room. Bathroom heater didn’t work. Cob webs in corners. Hot water intermittent.
Front desk was very nice though.

Reservation was canceled by hotel for no reason.
My room was canceled 2 days before my stay date, booking was confirmed with confirmation number 5 days prior to check in i will not book again at this location good luck to others.

This place is a dump. Furniture is worn to point where the finish is peeling off. Only one elevator in the whole complex. Staff has a “ I really don’t care “attitude. The facility needed a complete overhaul 10 years ago. Not worth the price. A very hodgepodge place, always going up or down stairs.

We have stayed Bear Creek Lodge numerous times over the last 10 years, Abe 3 times during 2023. We prefer this location rather than being below in the actual town of Telluride for many reasons but most of all for the serenity and the excellent views of the mountains. No parking issues, well equipped kitchen and gracious staff including a free van for guests to use if they prefer not to drive.

So glad my boyfriend and I stayed here! The supervisor, Ignacio, was very helpful with helping us figure out what to do. The room was perfect for us. One of the most affordable places in the Telluride/Mountain Village area. The hotel provided a shuttle so we were able to explore mountain village easily. The drivers are prompt. Room was clean and comfortable. We stayed in 308B. There was a shower, jetted tub, nice comfy king bed, mini fridge, microwave, a little work station in the room. Would recommend

This is our 4th straight year staying at Bear Creek Lodge and would highly recommend it. The rooms are well stocked, and the room service personnel is very responsive and bring you what you need minutes from when you call them. The front desk team is always kind and very helpful, thank you Tony and Ignacio. The rest of the team are very responsive and kind when taking us on their shuttle to and from the lodge to mountain village market or blue mesa. Thank you Julio and Fernando you guys rock!. Looking forward to staying there again, next ski season.
