It is less than five minutes from “the Square,” where you will discover mom-and-pop stores & eateries, unique shops and small groups gathering outdoors to play music. This comfortable one-story, 3 bedroom/2 bath house is surrounded by trees and shrubs for privacy; the backyard is large and there are no neighbors on either side of the house—you can enjoy your retreat without sacrificing convenience. The house has central heat/air and the bedrooms and living room have ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a cozy queen bed, a very large closet, a private full-sized bath, and a Smart TV. The second and third bedrooms are on the opposite end of the house with a full bath between the two. One room is furnished with a queen bed and the other offers two twin-sized beds. The kitchen is fully-equipped for meals at home and the living room is furnished with a couch, loveseat, and Smart TV. There is a laundry room for your convenience. When outside, you’ll enjoy the long front porch and the inviting back deck with charcoal grill, and fire pit to spend time on with your family or friends (which is accommodating for social distancing).
