Days Inn by Wyndham Renfro Valley Mount Vernon

The bed was fantastic, like sleeping on a marshmallow. The room decor I loved. It had a picture of the ocean that spanned the length of the room. I felt very welcomed when I entered because the bedspread said, "Hello sunshine." Cute idea. It was apparent that they are remodeling and still need a few tweaks here and there. There was no hair blow dryer and iron yet, there was a ironing board. Could use an extra garbage bucket and tissues box. The towels were soft and new but the tub needs to be replaced. It was developing a hole that they covered with tape. The utilities room had a broken down ice machine and washer/dryer. It looked to be like they were working to repair these items. The breakfast was unbalanced. They offered waffles, bread to toast, bagels, cream cheese, cereal. Could use some fruit and maybe oatmeal. Eggs would be good with a meat. Despite all, I see great potential of this hotel being one to return to.

Awesome friendly staff and room was very clean. Exactly what we were looking for. 😁 check in was easy and quick.when checking in we were given local good eat information. Breakfast was minimal choices but very nice. We had no issues with noise or people hanging around parking lot. Didn’t see anyone partying or disrupting any customers. Will definitely stay again when traveling through. Our pets were also aloud. Great visit

Finding a motel/hotel for under $100 is not easy. Especially for it to be clean and comfortable. Sid at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. It is very convenient when you are going to a concert at Renfro Valley. It is just down the street. Quiet too. No a/c unit shutting off and on all night. The bed was very comfortable.

The hotel was clean and quiet. We all slept well. The customer service was above and beyond for check in after a rough night at a different place.

Very friendly clean rooms Ashley is my favorite she’s very professional considering she was under high stress levels during check in would recommend staying here because of how kind and professional she is staying here makes me feel like a second home and she is a very dear friend

Rooms are dirty and smell bad. The sheets don't fit the beds properly. The breakfast was a joke as it was only bread, bagels and cereal. They "ran out of coffee" so only decaf available. All in all, worst stay ever. Seems to be set up as more of a homeless shelter and, trying to find help to check out, complete joke! Be wise, stay elsewhere!
