I feel bad, not leaving a great review because the hotel was in a good location. Everything was clean. Breakfast was actually quite good and the staff was amazing. The problem was the main reason we booked. It was because of the heated indoor pool, which happened to not be working because the heater went out so it is not their fault but it was a real bummer for our overall experience. I would actually highly recommend the hotel. I was just disappointed that I was not told the pool was not working until I was trying to check in.

Excellent Hampton experience. Friendly hard-working staff. Stayed on 4th floor, zero noise, clean room, big TV - get a suite, worth couple extra bucks, wet bar with fridge microwave. Breakfast one of the best we've had at a Hampton. Walk to restaurants and shopping.

The hotel has great staff but the bed in 212 needs to be replaced. It’s just so uncomfortable. We stay here because it’s near family. It also has indoor parking. The pool is nice and they have r a great breakfast. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The beds need to be a priority.
