Margaret is a very welcoming host, the rooms are pet friendly, the sheets are clean and crisp and there's an abundance of hot water for that shower at the end of a long drive. Parkland across the road which is very handy for those of us travelling with dogs.

Very welcoming staff and a nice place to stay when travelling with your pets Tea Biscuits and Coffee provided Air conditioned .TV .Fridge Microwave Milk provided .Under cover car parking with large awning .Comfortable beds Easy access to Mackay shops

Enjoyed our stay only thing for us was parking we found with a large 4WD vehicle the parking was a little tight but we managed otherwise everything was definitely worth staying staff fantastic was offered an upgrade to a bigger room but we were happy with the one we had

Hostess Shelly was nice. But for the price, we expected the standard of the room to be of better quality - the furniture and fixtures certainly needed some updating and renovation.

Mackay visit
stayed five nights at Motel Northview Mackay. Room was spacious & clean. Older style motel & comfortable. Owners Margaret & Tony couldn't be more helpful. Parking outside room with cover. Although close to the highway, road noise was not an issue.King bed in room was comfortable.Room included sofa , tea & coffee making facilities,microwave. would recommend Motel Northview.
