Came to Mt P for a Wednesday night game. Made reservations well in advance. We were supposed to be able to check in after 3:00. We arrived at 3:30 and were told emails were sent saying we can’t check in till the team leaves and their rooms were cleaned. We received no email. We waited in the lobby for 4 HOURS!! The game started at 7:00 and we didn’t even get into our room till 7:30. We missed the 1st quarter. We received a $30 discount after waiting in the lobby 4 hours with our luggage. We will not be back. There wasn’t even free coffee in the morning, let alone breakfast.

The hotel was VERY close to the athletic field for CMU. Parking was great and there were places to eat there were walkable from the hotel as well.

Great over night stay. The room was clean and quiet, beds were very comfortable and friendly staff.

We booked this hotel so we could enjoy the pool and hot tub. No one mentioned it was closed early that day. And the gentalman at check thought it was funny apparently because of his comments and gestures. My room was nicely decorated but bed was very uncomfortable, and shower was moldy.

Okay Experience
It was a nice a hotel, but the restaurant was open. For the amount of money for the room a continental breakfast would’ve been nice. The young gentleman working at the front desk was very nice.

Had a wonderful stay at the Courtyard Mt. Pleasant, Michigan! The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with a warm, modern aesthetic that made the space feel inviting and comfortable. The staff was incredibly hospitable—quick, efficient, and always accommodating. From check-in to check-out, they made me feel right at home. Highly recommend for both business and leisure stays!
