Hygiene: Average, there are spots on the quilt, I don't know what it is
The point is that I booked a one-bedroom sea view room, and I didn't require a sea view, but you can't give me a room on the first floor...

Location was great. Easy walk to The Mount and the beach. Lots of shops, restaurants and cafes within walking distance.
Bed was super comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped.
Could have been more generous with toilet paper, bin liners, and soap provided in the room, but I guess if we asked management for more it would have been provided.
Otherwise a very pleasant stay.

The apartment I stayed in was spacious and had a decent sized balcony with partial sea views. Kitchen was huge, massive wardrobe to! Shower pressure was excellent. Hotel foyer is beautiful, very clean foyer and interior. The lady that checked me in and the guy that was there during checkout were very friendly and helpful, thank you! The apartment I stayed in was a little dated and general signs of wear and tear. The bathroom was really tidy but could've done with a really decent scrub especially the shower glass and toilet basin. All and all had a lovely stay though and was comfortable, Thank-you

The apartment was a good size, on the third floor with a beautiful view of Pilot Bay. The manager was great, phoning us first to make check in easy.
The decor was dated and the kitchen and bathroom were in need of work and an update, but were clean and tidy.
Adding bedside lamps, a lamp in the lounge and some modern artwork would have created a more welcoming feel and softened the harsh lighting. The plug in fan was welcome to help control the humidity.
The building is in a great spot to walk to beach and harbour, restaurants, bars and the hotpools.
We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.
