Nice trip

Small swimming pool available. Walking distance to the beach.

The hotel is near and clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful If I ever return to Colombo again, I will stay there again..

PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THE RATINGS OF THIS VILLA ANYWHERE! DO NOT CHOOSE TO STAY HERE UNLESS YOU’RE WILLING TO TAKE THE RISK! THE WORST PLACE I’VE EVER STAYED DURING A VACATION! 1) The location is completely isolated with nothing nearby—very deserted. 2) The Wi-Fi DOESN’T WORK at all, especially on the ground floor. 3) There's NO mobile signal—ZERO LTE/4G/5G. 4) The staff constantly ask what time you'll return if you go out late, seemingly because they want to sleep. 5) The toilet in the ground floor room (Room 3) is VERY smelly. 6) Most of the wall sockets in Room 3 on the ground floor don't work. 7) There's no elevator, so if you're staying on a higher floor, good luck carrying heavy luggage. 8) The supervisor/manager knocked on my door at 10 AM asking when I was checking out, despite our agreement the night before to check out at 11 AM. 9) The room is not soundproof. You can hear doors slamming or people chatting outside, even with your door closed, waking you up early.

Nice quiet location with good access to a nice beach, which is a two minute walk away.

The place is very and good service from front office and staffs. I prefer to stay here on my next visit also

Everything was good but the room didn't have a table and a chair. It was better if those two were available because I wanted to do some work on my PC, but I couldn't. May be next time.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Very silent and relaxing atmosphere

Good stay, helpful people and very accommodating. The fridge makes a loud noise and there’s no hot water. Very far from Colombo Fort. I didn’t like this location.

It's something very special! You just have to get involved. The accommodation is good, the surroundings are in the middle of life. Unvarnished, warm, simply honest. You have to see it. The connection to Colombo is great. Shopping (groceries) is no problem. The reception is very helpful and friendly. For people looking for clean accommodation. Yes, I would recommend it.

The hotel staff are very enthusiastic, many of the guests are foreigners, and the location is excellent, less than 500 meters from the coast.

Thank you M. Tyrone and his staff for welcoming us so well. We loved it. The rooms were nice and affordable and located walking distance from the beach with decent restaurants. The guesthouse is spacious with a nice balcony and small pool which was nice to dip into after time in the sun. We will definitely return.

It was very clean and safe, nice friendly and obliging staff. Each room had a fridge, kettle and tea and coffee supplies. Own ensuite bathroom and balcony. It had a small swimming pool and deck chairs. Really good value. I would highly recommend this hotel.
