Nice hotel. Comfortable. One bad comment-If you want to use their washer/dryers you better bring quarters bc they DO NOT have any nor their restaurant/bar. Gas stations refused to swap Out dollars for quarters. In this day and age machines need to have debit/credit card payment ability. Costs $4 to use!

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with my recent experience at this hotel, where I booked a venue for a graduation party. After signing a contract that clearly outlined the terms and pricing—and after the hotel processed payment from my card—the agreed-upon price was changed three separate times. When I confronted the hotel management about these changes, I was met with a series of unprofessional excuses. They claimed the staff member who authorized the contract was no longer with the hotel and had allegedly failed to include certain fees. In another instance, I was told that other customers were willing to pay more for the same date. These justifications are completely unacceptable and reflect a lack of integrity and professionalism. At this point, invitations had already been sent out to my guests. Despite this, I was given only two options: either pay the additional, previously undisclosed fees or accept a full refund—effectively canceling the event and leaving me with no venue. This left me in an incredibly difficult and stressful position. To make matters worse, I could not shake the feeling that there was an element of religious discrimination involved in how I was treated throughout the process. I will be pursuing legal action and presenting the signed, authorized contract in court. I feel it is important to warn others: do yourself a favor and book with a different, more professional hotel. My experience here was marked by mismanagement, dishonesty, and what felt like discriminatory behavior.

Very helpful, and friendly staff. I love how they stock the bathrooms with dove products! No need for body wash, shampoo, conditioner or lotion... theres plenty of it. Everything was very nice and clean in the lobby, rooms, etc. I'll definitely remember this spot for the next concert I attend in Nashville!

The hotel was clean and modernly decorated. They have a bar but we didn't use it. The room was clean and spacious.
