Love this place

I stayed here for one night during a business trip and it was a great stay. Comfortable, quiet and conveniently located. Good breakfast. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn in Mt. Juliet, TN, with my sister during one of the most difficult times in our lives. We had just lost my niece in a tragic pedestrian hit-and-run accident. She was a young mother, and her sudden passing left behind two little girls—just 6 months and 5 years old. I flew in from California to support my sister and help care for the children. From the moment we arrived, we felt a sense of comfort we didn’t expect to find in a hotel. One person in particular, Helenka Price at the front desk, made a lasting impact. She greeted us with a kindness that felt genuine and deeply appreciated. Her warmth, her words, and even her prayers gave us strength in the middle of heartbreak. It wasn’t just about good customer service—it was human connection at its best. We’re also incredibly grateful to the hotel management for offering a reduced rate. My sister’s ex-husband, who covered the cost of our stay, did so on a very limited income. That quiet gesture of generosity meant more than we can express. To Helenka and the entire Hampton Inn team: Thank you. You helped ease our burden in ways that go far beyond hospitality. We will always remember your compassion. —Tracy J.

The location was good for getting on/off the interestate. Lots of shops, businesses, and restaurants were close to the hotel. Beds were comfortable and rooms clean. However, you can get all of that from any of the many other hotels in the area. We were on an upper floor and when the HVAC was between cycles, we could hear some loud talking guests in the parking lot. This went on from midnight to 2 AM. The property night manager did nothing to shut that down. Around 3 AM, someone pounded on our door then moved along. After a sleepless night, we were looking forward to breakfast. However, this Hampton had the worst breakfast we've ever seen at any Hilton property. We then had to go out for breakfast. We would not stay here again.

It was overall a good trip. I was excited to swim but got there and the pool was closed for renovations. That was the only real bummer, rest of the stay was good.

Could not get anyone to clean the room or give us fresh towels. Toilet lip was not fitting on toilet to make a hell of a bang. TV and refrig unplugged. When we plugged it in theres a short in the wiring. Breakfast was very limited for what you you pay for room is not worth the price. Pool under construction. Would not stay at a Hampton again.
