This is probably the cleanest hotel I've ever been to and I've been in many. Very welcoming environment and staff. Full breakfast of eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles, fruit and yogurt. Pool. Great location from shopping. Price was reasonable for me. I'll be back.

Booked last minute same day reservation Easter weekend; booked based upon rate as this area generally is $200+ per night with taxes/fees. We was able to secure this for $130 total per night with taxes and fees. I am familiar with the area so knew there would not be gas stations nearby and all local restaurants including pizza shops close up at 9:00P even on Friday night. The hotel is new, so very modern and clean. Parking is behind the hotel. Standard King room booked. Nice new hotel, LOVED the shower. Great high pressured steaming hot shower and full size shampoo & conditioner in the shower is a WIN. Breakfast was surprisingly nice, very clean, organized, with variety of hot items. Plenty of seating in the dining area. First time I didn't get photos as we arrived late and left early. I would recommend and would stay again.

Hotel was very clean, friendly staff and breakfast bar was good. My wife said, they had the best waffles of anyone. Rates were reasonable. The only reason I didn’t give a perfect score is because there was a leak by the window in our room. I told the lady that worked the counter and she was very apologetic about it. I would still recommend this place and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

My husband and I stayed here for a quick getaway in Amish Country. This is one of the cleanest hotels that I have ever stayed at. You can not go wrong with booking this hotel. We stayed for a great price, and the breakfast was good. I definitely recommend this hotel.

I booked two nights here for my husband and I for our recent trip to Amish country. We liked being away from the tourist traffic of Berlin. This hotel was like staying in the country but close enough to drive to anywhere we wanted to go. The beds were comfy with plenty of pillows and the rooms were spotless, as was the whole facility. All the staff I had contact with were friendly and welcoming. We had the complimentary breakfast both mornings. Could take our pick of warm entrees such as biscuits, scrambled eggs, hash brown potatoes, sausage and gravy or opt for something lighter like yogurt, fruit, English muffins, etc. And the staff kept the breakfast area well stocked and cleaned. If we return, will definitely try to say here again.

Perfect hotel for our last minute overnight stay in Milllersburg. We booked it last minute online, so happy with our choice. Nice continental breakfast served in the morning, hot waffles and jimmy dean sandwiches and breakfast bowls included, fruit cups, yogurt, cereal, variety of juices, teas and coffee. I forgot my toothbrush and the front desk provided me with 2 for free. There is a small cute snack shop with candy/ice cream/chips etc and complimentary coffee and tea available all day in the lobby. Overall. V impressed. Highly recommend, we would definitely choose to stay here again.

We have stayed here a couple times and the pet deposit was 50.00 . This time it was 100.00 two months later . The hotel is fairly new and the biggest complaint I have the room is supposed to be sanitized after each pet stay , I’m in the carpet cleaning bus . And this carpet hasn’t been cleaned in awhile. Here’s the complaint carpet has fleas which we drug home and had to have this taken care of and the room was 104.00 per night no problem but 100.00 pet dep. non refundable? We have 2 dash hounds. The other is they use a handicap room for a pet room. How would that person feel that doesn’t have a pet ? I don’t write bad reviews but I need to let pet lovers know .

We travel to Amish country several times a year and have stayed at most hotels in the area, this was the first time for us here. We had two rooms- 210 and 105. Upon arrival, check in girl was nice and helpful and lobby was nice. Room 210 looked okay upon check in, but the bathroom smelled really bad. The next morning there were hundreds of ants all over the walls and we were in second floor. 105 had no real issues- except rooms are smaller and shower only has one small soap holder for items and it’s not enough. I told girl at front desk about ants and she moved us to a new room, but honestly should have given an upgrade or something for all the issues. Kids running down hallways at all hours of night so loud in rooms and no one policing them. Breakfast was lack luster compared to other area hotels. Frozen Jimmy Dean products you heat up in microwave and some burnt sausage gravy and hard biscuits. There was some Walmart mini pies, honeybuns, yogurt, fruit cups, cereal and oatmeal, but this area is known for full hot breakfast with Amish items and this was not up to par. Hotel is close to exposition center and miss Yoders buffet but a drive to other Amish attractions. Recommend if coming for tourism to stay in Berlin or Walnut Creek as it’s closer to things. I wouldn’t stay here again, but it wasn’t horrible.
