Front desk closes at 6PM with no indication anywhere on booking sites, leaving you with a sign on the front desk with a phone number to call, which will get you stuck in a phone loop and unable to talk to anyone human. Was attending a wedding that finished around 10:30PM, and had to book another hotel at 11PM because of this. Wish I could leave 0 stars.

Good location and looks nice from the photos - but very dated decor. Room was dark and badly in need of updating. Dim lighting in bathroom- we looked right at another room not 10 feet away. Coffee maker didn’t work, iron didn’t work. Confusion about parking, we were told we could pay by QR code anytime during our stay but at checkout were told we hadn’t done it within 30 minutes of check in and were fined a parking violation. Manage said they would call us when they came on duty, but never did. Upside is the shuttle that runs every 20 minutes of into town was fun and easy.

Thought we were getting a nice hotel room. Instead, got a condo owned by a private party. Decor basic and dated. Bathroom sink faucet handles were rickety. Bunk beds were in our room, along with a king size bed, which was comfortable. Thought we should have had a nicer room for the money.

This place was so fun. There gym is fun, there pool and hot tub is nice. It's near the town so theres a lot to do. We went skiing and you could walk to the slopes so that was super cool. The only thing is I think they could make the hot tub a little bit less hot. But other than that Its a great place to go!

Pros: Easy access to the base area and lifts. Offered convient ski valet. Cons: We reserved a condo for six adults (two bedrooms + a pull-out couch) but after arriving there was no pull-out couch in the room. They offered two roll away beds in the living room instead. After speaking to management, apparently the computer system "doesn't know" which rooms have pull-out couches so proceed with caution when booking this condo configuration. We received a small refund due to this issue but it was still pretty inconvient to not be able to use our living room during the entirety of the stay due to the rollaway beds in the space. Additionally, there is NO free parking on-site for guests which was not specified when booking. We were notified that parking was $30/vehicle per night only a week before arrival.

We had a very nice 2 bedroom suite with plenty of living space. Great location just a few steps from lifts. Nice small indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub. Fitness center open 24/7. Front desk staff very pleasant and helpful. Only negative was our room overlooked bus stop so lots of noise. Dining options are limited at base area so plan on going into town for better options. Kitchen in room was adequately stocked to cook basic meals.
