The hotel is okay. Cleanliness is average bedsheets are a bit old the seat of the toilet was broken no dental kit provided staff are okay but a bit unprofessional

A mid-size hotel. a little on the inside from Main Road but easily accessible. Room was a bit smaller but Cozy enough with spacious and clean bathroom, hot water. we did not try food so really can't comment. However Market is just around 100 meters with ample options for delicious Food and Shopping. Overall experience is good. The only downside is, they need to work towards enhanced cleanliness which was kind of a sore point. They do provide service to hire a cab for you. So that's added advantage. Overall staff was friendly, helping and supportive.

We booked accommodation in this hotel due to it's closeness to the nakki lake. But it's not worth it. The hotel is in a narrow lane and difficult to locate, does not have a lift, the stairs are narrow and the room has the least space imaginable. The bathroom was not cleaned properly and the amenities are non-existent. I would have given a "terrible (1/5" rating, but the hotel staff at least provided the basic service and helped us to get transportation for local travel as mt. Abu has no online can service. However, i would suggest to stay away from this property and stay away in general from mount abu. It's a worthless visit.

This hotel is very near to the nekki lake and centre point of the town. Communication and other facilities are very near. Rooms seems to be newly renovated and found very clean.
