Great location in the quiet town of Center Harbor on Lake Winnipesaukee. Owner is very helpful and accommodating. Close to some great dining, great getaway for the weekend. We will certainly return.

The innkeeper was so warm and welcoming, the bedrooms were tastefully decorated and comfortable, and the breakfast was scrumptious. We could not have been happier! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Thais ( the Innkeeper) and her staff are second to none! My wife and I stayed at Sutton Home for my birthday and we were both blown away by the condition of the property and how willing the staff was to go out of their way to make our stay as perfect as possible! The Chef, Sally made the most wonderful breakfast for us each morning and stuck around long enough to have a friendly conversation. All in all, we his place is a SOLID 10/10, especially if you like historical homes with incredible hospitality! Thanks again Thais! We can’t wait to come back!

Great place!
Overall, a wonderful stay! Sally and Thais were kind and accommodating. Breakfasts were great! A bit of a bummer that the fireplaces were not in working order, but all in all, we would definitely stay here again.

Great host and staff. The place does feel like a home. It is a little bit noisy though. Breakfast was just OK.

No to this place no idea how they have 4.8 stars
Nothing has been upgraded in more than 50 years here. my shower was 30" plastic insert with only a hand shower that had 2 drips...no real water stream or pressure and cold. No hot water. The other room we rented the TV didn't work. All things are not quaint but really moth eaten, and frankly, scary. Not cheap expected nicer.
