Nous sommes venus avec notre chien, et on nous a attribué une magnifique chambre avec terrasse privée, ainsi qu’une gamelle et un panier pour elle (qui était légèrement petit, mais merci pour l’attention :)). Le style de l’hôtel est très élégant et contemporain. Service parfait, de la réception au voiturier, avec une gentillesse et un professionnalisme de haut niveau. Le restaurant vaut également le détour : cuisine et service au top, et nous avons même inventé un cocktail. Les prix sont justes. Seul regret : ne pas avoir pu essayer un soin au Spa Clarins, car il n’y avait pas de disponibilité. Il est conseillé de réserver à l’avance. Nous recommandons vivement !

Très bel accueil personnel aux petits soins Belle attention nous avons été surclassé Petit déjeuner magnifique avec un buffet pantagruélique produits frais et d’excellente qualité Piscine et jacuzzi top avec une vue superbe sur Grasse Restaurant un peu cher rapport qualité prix car qualité des plats inégale notamment le foie gras trop de chocolat et brioche encore congelée et peu de choix si on dine plusieurs soirs mais service impeccable d’une grande courtoisie et de bons conseils Cadre magnifique une belle expérience à renouveler à la belle saison

Pour chaque fin d’année j’ai pris l’habitude de réserver une bonne table pour remercier mes collaborateurs. Je connaissais cette belle adresse et j’ai décidé de confirmer cet endroit... A l’unanimité tout mes collaborateurs et moi même avons été très agréablement surpris par la qualité des plats et un service très professionnel et agréable. Je recommande cet établissement.

Dear Mas Candille & Clarins Team ❤️ Thank you for these amazing days. Everything was perfect. We dream to come back. 5 Stars for the breakfast. 5 Stars for ALL the kind staff. 5 stars for the room 5 stars for the Clarins Spa, absolutely amazing. 5 stars for your beautiful petanque balls. (They are on my Christmas list just to let you know how beautifully they are designed)... 5 stars for everything...... This hotel and Spa is beautifully designed and located perfectly in the middle of nature, close to the sea and everything that we love about the south. You really get to deconnect and relax. I could write something much longer but l think you get the idea of how happy we were to visit. Hope to see you soon. Emma Alex

Je suis allée dîner à la table des pins au Mas candille à Mougins et l’expérience a été décevante. Le service laissait à désirer, et la serveuse remplissait les verres de vin presque à ras bord, Une pratique inadaptée pour un établissement de ce niveau. le risotto aux truffes facturé 42 € n’avait que cinq lamelles de truffe et manquaient cruellement de saveur. Pour 140 €, nous avons pris des pâtes à la langouste pour deux personnes elles étaient collantes et trop cuites, ceux qui a encore ajouté à la déception. À 21h30, alors que nous étions encore à table, nous avons eu l’impression de déranger, comme si notre présence devenait un fardeau pour l’équipe. Pour finir le plateau de dessert, avec seulement quatre petits gâteaux semblait dérisoire pour conclure le repas. Le seul point positif de la soirée a été le voiturier dont le sourire la sympathie et la gentillesse ont été appréciable. Espérons que des améliorations seront apportées.

Endroit parfait, personnel adorable, SPA génial. Venir au mois de Novembre et pouvoir profiter de la piscine chauffée (avec un temps qui aide aussi ☀️) dans une ambiance qui rappelle Marrakech mais aussi la californie avec une déco incroyable. Merci pour ce week-end dans ce paradis provençal. Nous reviendrons.
