A long-time fan of Spa Mas Candille, I was amazed at the beautiful renovation that has been done by the new owners, the Clarins family. It is a breathtaking property with so much style and every amenity. My only advise would be to either lower the prices before and after the summer period for the locals, so that they can regularly come to the spa. Beautiful place and gracious hospitality!

Nous avons passé une agréable soirée à la piscine de l’établissement. Les cocktails étaient à la hauteur de nos attentes, la vue est imprenable et la carte du restaurant est soignée et recherchée. Bravo au chef Romain Antoine et son équipe de cuisine ainsi que l’équipe de salle qui a fait un bon service. Nous avons hâte de revenir pour découvrir le restaurant gastronomique prochainement

I am wrtting this review in english. We went to the restaurant for lunch today we had stayed at the hotel 18 years ago. Upon our arrival the hotest would not let us sit side by side at a table we assumed they needed to keep seat for other guests however it turned out there were no other guest. It rained on and off an we had to constantly move the table ourselves not to get rained on the serving staff prefered to shelter in the doorway instead of helping us. As for the food we ordered a crudité basket to start the vegetables were old and not fresh we asked thatbthey change them and what we got back was just as bad and we told them. At one point while bringing new utensils to the tqble the waiter did not bother to clean the table cloth to pick up the debry on it instead he just put them down over the crums etc. As for the rest of the meal it was vsry ordinary. When we got our bill we were surprised to see the charge for the crudités Overall the service was terrible and the food wasn't fresh. This hotel is opening a very gastronomical restaurant in less than a month with the same chef based on our lunch they have a longway to go. The chef could not be bothered to be in his kitchen or find out why a client returned his plate

A FUIRE !! établissement pas au niveau du standing 5 étoiles, je suis venu manger la semaine passée avec ma famille néanmoins rien ne s'est passé comme prévu, accueil très long, service digne d'une brasserie de port, on nous apporte les cocktails à la main et pas au plateau, nappes tachées et couverts sales...ce que j'ai cru comprendre être l'un des manager se crois au PMU tandis que lautre transmet son stresse au client ce qui ne montre aucun professionnalisme et brouille le repas. Le langage familier aborder avec les clients rappel plus le bar du coin que le standing 5 étoile, de plus l'attente des plats incite à manger du pain en abondance afin de terminer la soirée le plus vite possible. je déconseille fortement.

Quelle réussite! Une rénovation avec beaucoup de goûts. L’accueil était très professionnel, notre chambre était très bien décorée et fonctionnelle. Grosse satisfaction au Spa avec un soin exceptionnel et un cadre relaxant. Petite salle de sport appréciable avec un tapis de qualité. Le restaurant à la piscine (pool) fut une belle expérience gustative et sympathique. Service à la hauteur. Je recommande vraiment et j’ai hâte d’y retourner.
