Das Personal war sehr freundlich und auf Zack, die Speisen im Restaurant waren sehr lecker und auch das vielfältige Frühstücksbuffet könnte überzeugen. Hervorzuheben sind die Schneidemaschinen für den Schinken, Käse und Salami. Ein absoluter Eye-Catcher.
Verbesserungsvorschläge wären: Draußen gab es einige Betontreppenstufen zum See runter, welche durch Wurzelwerk zur Stolpergefahr werden.Gefreut hätten wir uns, wenn große Sauna-Handtücher im Spar-Bereich ausliegen würden und man nicht aus dem Hotelzimmer oder von der Rezeption welche mit runternehmen müsste. Auch im Sauna-Bereich fehlten ein paar Fliesen an der Wand. Wenn die Bar an einem Samstagabend noch geöffnet hätte, wäre es wunderbar. Für Personalmangel kann leider niemand was.
