Very noisy, on the side of the road, large trucks keep coming at night. Note that there are no separate toilets, only public toilets and bathrooms. It's an RV park, not a hotel.

Great place, Great location. Shame about the traffic noise, but to be expected being on a State highway. Camping only metres from the Lake is worth the stay. Lovely and clean

Stunning views and well kept park. Always lean and tidy with friendly staff. Just don’t stay on the water side of the park. The noise from the road makes it impossible to get a good nights sleep

The room is clean and tidy. Everything you need is available. Opposite is the lake, and the scenery is very good. The only problem is that the upper and lower beds affect sleep, and it will make noise when you turn over.

Every aspect, except for one, about our stay was excellent. From the view of the lake, to the quality and cleanliness of the ablutions/facilities were top notch. For what you pay, you can't really ask for more. However, it baffles me why anyone would locate such a nice site RIGHT NEXT to the busiest motorway in the country. If 1 second passed without a car or a massive truck driving past that shook the earth below our feet, it was a lot. We spent most our days away from the site to travel and visit places. But at night, any sleep was just an uphill battle as the traffic was ceaseless. Other than this 1 thing, the site is exceptional. Good luck if you dont have noise cancelling headphones to make it through the nights.

If you have a high sided vehicle or a caravan on behind, your in a bad way if you go to one part of the camp to the north on the shoreline.
