Our host Lorena catered to our every need, breakfast to order, outstanding location in magical hill town with panoramic view of the entire region. Honestly, we spent half our time on the balcony taking it all in, especially the sunsets. Close proximity to fantastic restaurants. Thank you, Lorena!

This was the perfect choice for our 5 night stay! Beautiful room and large sparkly bathroom , best surprise was a washing machine in the bathroom with a drying line off the patio, which I might add had amazing views! Our morning coffee was long and relaxing on that said large patio! Lorena is a wonderful host. My highlight was the truffle hunt we went on with her son! A beautiful day in an Istrian forest and we had success (bravo Mina!) with black and the treasured white truffle! We then went back to our shared patio (once again, the view!) where Lorena served us a beautiful lunch using those truffles. Heaven! Stay here!

Very clean room with balcony. Tidy modern bathroom (with hairdryer). Super breakfast (15 Euros). Free welcome drink. Free parking is below villa; owners will pick you up with your luggage. Cobblestone walkways, upward - somewhat steep. Wonderful owners! Bucolic environment. A great place to relax. There are a few wineries nearby, but the tastings are only OK. Fakin winery - 3 free samples. Nice staff. Tomaz winery 10 Euros for only 3 samples - a bit pricey and unremarkable. Not a lot to do in Motovun itself.
