The hotel is beautifully located and the Rox Suite in particular has magnificent views. We weren't told until after booking that the restaurant was unavailable during our stay due to a private function which was disappointing. Also the pool needs a bit of work as tiles are falling off.

Assolutamente consigliato! Questo posto è un vero gioiello nascosto tra le colline, con una terrazza che offre un panorama mozzafiato, specialmente al tramonto – semplicemente incredibile. Abbiamo scelto il menù degustazione gourmet da 5 portate, accompagnato da un eccellente abbinamento di vini e un calice di benvenuto. Ogni piatto era delizioso, con porzioni sorprendentemente abbondanti per un menù degustazione. I vini erano ottimi e l'intero pasto è stato reso ancora più speciale grazie al servizio impeccabile: il personale è stato incredibilmente attento sia ai tempi tra una portata e l'altra, sia nel consigliare e spiegare i vini e i loro abbinamenti. Un'esperienza davvero memorabile, a un prezzo più che onesto. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare!

As a local, I was many times there. First, the view is amazing, food also, and coffee is one of the best, but I'm so disappointed with the service. It seems when waiters notice that you are not tourist, you get so much worst treatment. More then once we had to place the order to the bar because no one comes to ask what would you like, no one asks if everything is OK, would you like to order somerhing else etc. In compare to few tables around us where tourists sit and waiters were there all the time... So, you wonder is your money less worth then international?! :) I do hope this will change, because among that all the rest is great.

O local me surpreendeu pela beleza, é uma Toscana na Croácia, Ideal para degustação de vinhos, azeites e principalmente caçar trufas com a família Karlic parceira do Hotel. Também pode ser fazer uma visita de Land Rover com motorista aos diversos vinhedos da região. Quanto ao Hotel é muito legal, ideal para casais que apreciam a natureza e gostam de boa gastronomia. A equipe toda é muito prestativa e atenciosa, da recepção ao bar, maître d’ hotel, chef e da sommelier que faz degustações dos vinhos da casa. Tem uma carta variada de champagnes muito boa e um cigar lounge com várias opções de Havanos e a preços muito convidativos. Muita única ressalva, evitem os quartos twins, a decoradora foi infeliz na escolha das camas.

Dit hotel heeft een fantastische ligging, met zicht over de wijnvelden en op korte loopafstand van het schilderachtige stadje Motovun. Er is een oud deel dat geheel gerestaureerd is en een aangebouwd deel met o.a. een moderne parkeergarage. Het hotel is ingericht met designmeubelen van o.a. Cassina, Arflex en Wittmann. De kamer die wij kregen was heel bijzonder, kleurrijk uitgevoerd met een groot comfortabel bed met etage. Er is een zwembad en wellness. Tijdens het verblijf kan een wijntour geboekt worden. Alle wijnsoorten komen uit de eigen kelder en kunnen ook gekocht worden. Wij bestelden een fles heerlijke merlot uit 2012. Het diner ‘s avonds was perfect en voor herhaling vatbaar. Wij komen hier zeker nog een keer terug!

Beautiful, modern and very chic hotel. Excellent restaurant for breakfast or dinner. The quality of ingredients is superb. Service is exceptional as well.
