往路の航空機から瀬底島を見ることが出来ました。ヒルトン瀬底リゾート内で、ホテル棟とコンドミニアムタイプの巨大施設が２棟建っている感じです。コンド棟はスタジオタイプのワンルームタイプもありますが、今回は４階のワンベット、洗濯乾燥機、フルキッチン付の部屋に滞在しました。レンタカー利用であれば、近くの(車で１０分以内)にストアー、コンビニ等があり、キッチンで自炊するのが苦でなければ、日程でレストランの予約等気にしないで、自由な滞在が出来ます。ただし、複数のレストランやプール、瀬底ビーチは、ホテル棟の方にありますので、夏のレジャーがしたい方はホテルがおすすめです。ここを拠点に本島北部、中部を観光するなら食事の時間を気にすることなく終日好きに楽しめます。今回は、梅雨の時期の７泊８日で、２日間が完全に晴れて、ビーチとホテルプールを楽しみ、あとは、雨の降り方で、朝から、美ら海水族館、古宇利島オーシャンタワー等、フクギ並木等、今帰仁城跡に観光に行き、午後晴れ又は曇りならホテルのブールでカゼボを借りて楽しみました。土曜日の花火は、ホテル棟前で打ち上げられますので、直近で見上げてド迫力で見たい方はホテル棟、バルコニーから近くで全体を見たいと思えばコンド棟が良いみたいです。１週間以上の利用ならコンド棟宿泊者無料の駐車場があり、自由の利くコンド棟が滞在を楽しめると思いました。室内については、ヒルトングランドバケーションで、初めて故障等の無い滞在が出来ました。景観も良く、ホテル棟間のカートでの送迎もあり問題ありませんでした。ちなみに妻がカートで、私が歩いてホテルからコンド棟へ移動したら、カートが待ち時間含めて５分。私が歩いて５分で坂は緩く全く苦になりませんでした。スタッフも外国人スタッフを含め笑顔で問題のない接客でした。今後は、ホテル棟やコンド棟を状況に合わせて利用したいと思います。

This is a lovely hotel with all the amenities but it is surrounded by NOTHING, and the restaurants and snack cafes on site are ridiculously expensive. They know you have no other choice! The beds are very comfortable, it was very quiet (of course we were off season so there really weren't very many guests). They have an indoor pool, and a spa for a massage, and a little snack/trinket shop that is open 24 hours. BUT all of these amenities are in the OTHER Hotel which is the Hilton Okinawa Sesoko. They are two different hotels. They are walking distance from each other, and most times you can get them to take you in a cart, but when we were there it was 50 degrees F and windy as hell so it was unpleasant. As previous reviews have said this is great to use up your travel points, if you don't mind staying in the hotel and just vegetating most of the time. And there IS a nice beach (yes, in front of the other hotel) but it was too cold to be on when we were there. Oh and the TV's don't work. You have to have a Chrome cast or some such thing. We didn't. We also went to both restaurants on site. The food is quite erratic. Some of it is wonderful, some of it is very bad (we both got sick from one meal). Service is exemplary though.

施設自体はとても綺麗で大満足でしたが、朝食と夕食分は別棟のHiltonで支払ったはずなのに、デポジットのお金から差し引かれた領収書を渡されました。「どちらも現地で支払った」という旨をつたえると15分くらい待たされ、また再度領収書を持ってきました。しかし、夕食分は控えをもらっていたので確認とれたみたいですが、朝食分は控えをたまたまもらわずにいたので、そのせいか「朝食分は支払われていなかったので、、、」といって朝食分は差し引かれた領収書を持ってきました。
確実に両方支払ったと言うと、また15分ほど待たされ確認がとれたのでと２万分のデポジットを返されました。
パソコンできっとデータはあるはずなのに、そんなにすぐ確認がとれないものなのか？と疑問におもいました。それならばお客さまには確実に食事した時の領収書を渡すように指導した方がいいと思いました。「控えはいらないと」伝えてたらわかりました！とスタッフは言ったので、パソコンで確認とれるものとてっきり思い、結局チェックアウトに30分以上待たされました。控をもらわなかった私も悪いですが、、、。
そして、泊まる際の最初の受付でのカードキーを渡す際も、エレベーターの階を押す前にカードをかざす事を説明されませんでした。
恥ずかしいお話ですが、こんなにも素敵なホテルに泊まった経験があまりなかったので使い方をわからずにいてほかのお客様がやっているのを見て知りました。全員が当たり前に知ってることだと思わないでほしかったです。
ホテルの説明をされる中で、ヒルトンのメンバーズの説明も何度も断ったのに３回も「やっぱりメンバーズになった方が絶対お得です！！」と、しつこいなと感じました。
施設自体はとても清潔感がよくてまた泊まりたいなと思ったので良かったのですが、対応してくださったスタッフさんの対応や言葉足らずな接客に少し残念に感じました。。。

It is a great place to stay in Okinawa. About 1, 5 hour drive from the Naha Airport. They have free parking and shuttle service between the hotel and the Naha Airport. The room is well-appointed and has a stunning view. Mr Chapay and the service team are excellent in taking care of guests' needs.

I felt that this was the worst Hilton Vacation Club hotel I have ever stayed at. Is it because of the location close to the Churaumi Aquarium that the occupancy rate is high without any effort? It seems that the staff training is not done properly. I have stayed in mainland America and Hawaii, so it may be pointless to compare, but the staff never smiled, and where is the concierge? It is a resort hotel, right? Nightwear was not replenished, dishes were left in the dishwasher, everything felt sloppy. To be honest, it was a disappointing hotel. It is a bit far to walk to the beach.

The best way to enjoy this hotel is to relax in the hotel. It doesn't have to be Okinawa, but it's best to make the most of the kitchen. There are no condiments in the room. I wanted to participate in yoga early in the morning, but I was too sleepy. LOL I feel refreshed. Next time, I'll definitely participate in yoga. The sunset is so beautiful. You can't see a sunset anywhere, it's so beautiful. The fireworks are bigger than you can imagine!! It's so beautiful, it's a wonderful 3 minutes. I definitely want you to see it.
