The ocean, sunset, and starry sky we saw during our stay were wonderful, and we were very satisfied with the location itself. However, we are contacting you about something that was very disappointing. All of the members who stayed with us had multiple bite marks that appeared to be from insects such as mites and lice, and continued to have severe itching. Even after returning home, the itching did not go away, and all of us were forced to take measures such as purchasing over-the-counter medicine. In addition, from the time we arrived, there was a strong smell of humidity in the room, and it seemed that the ventilation was not sufficient. These points are a major factor that undermines our trust in the hygiene aspect, and it is very disappointing. Even if the location and facilities are good, we cannot use it with confidence if there are such poor hygiene management. We strongly request that you make improvements in the future, such as thorough cleaning, insect prevention measures, and ventilation management.

雨の日の宿泊だったので 自然を満喫できなかったのですが、お天気が良かったらとても自然豊かで景色も最高で楽しめたと思います。 コテージも広く、生活用品がほとんど揃っているので連泊でも不自由なかったです。 コテージまでの道がかなり険しいので夜は真っ暗でしたがある意味これもいいところなのかもしれないです。
