Faultless stay. Great food, extremely clean, and excellent service. Staff very friendly. A great stop off for my Scotland canoe adventure. I got a good deal on a well known website and expected it to be average, but it was far better than expected.

This hotel has bed bugs. Beware. I stayed in room 14 and came home with dozens of bites on my back and arms and face from the side I was sleeping on. No response when I emailed them to advise of the problem. Otherwise the hotel itself was really good, staff friendly, food good.

Blamed us for smoking in the room when we didn’t and tryed to charge us extra 50 with no evidence shocking !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stayed here for 1 night payed £75 so wasn't expecting much. But what a beautiful hotel and all the staff were first class I would stay here anytime and highly recommend it.I will definitely will stay here again. Great fir getting to livingstone outlet

Very noisy hotel every single door banged in corridors and room doors pre ordered breakfast took forever to come and it was wrong order too.Always seemed to be only 1 person doing reception and bar and breakfast so long waits if you needed anything.
