Challenging. I got to my room and used the bathroom. Then I started to unpack and noticed the strong cigarette smoke smell. I went to the front desk and asked for another room and noted I did not want to be charged the extra fee for smoking in the room because I hadn't. The gentleman told me he didn't have another room available, that the smell was from the room above, which was a smoking room, and that the smell would go away if I didn't run the fan in the bathroom. I went back up to the room and decided the smell was too much and went back to the front desk. The gentleman was not around, so I left the key and left the property. Please note I am not asking for a refund; I did use the bathroom. I would encourage other potential customers to check their room before accepting it.
