I stayed at this hotel for the second time, because the traffic location is quite good, so I stayed for more than 3 days every time, but this time my experience was very poor! Because I stayed twice, I knew that the room with a twin bed was wider but it would be noisy in the middle of the night upstairs, so today I want to change the small room with a single bed (I have lived upstairs before not noisy), obviously there is a room, but the front desk asked me to add money to continue to live in a big room, or check out first and wait until 3 pm before check in. Because I have a lot of luggage and I have something to go out at noon, then I said that I can check out and go to another hotel, and then the front desk said that I would wait until 12 o'clock to have a room and then call me to change rooms.
