A motel run by a Chinese mother and daughter is 3 kilometers away from Invercargill city center. There are fast food restaurants and two large home appliances cities. I didn't expect it to be so good when I made the reservation. I liked it when I arrived. I went to the supermarket to buy steak and cooked it myself. The whole family gathered together and it felt like home. The whirlpool bathtub was very comfortable.

A small apartment with privacy and parking in front of the door. Not the newest but very well equipped, especially the kitchen. There were various cooking utensils and coffee, tea and hot chocolate. It is very spacious and you can sit comfortably at a table or work because the WiFi is reliable and stable. You can wash and dry laundry. The motel is right on the main road and therefore it is a bit noisy when there is a lot of traffic. It is also a bit outside the city center. However, shops are within walking distance.
