Maryborough Motels

I read comments that the lock of this hotel is not easy to use, so I was a little worried, so I arrived early on purpose, expecting someone to greet us. Once again, the lock was very difficult to open. The receptionist tried to open it for a long time, and changed the key again. It took a long time to open it. So if you arrive after 8 o'clock, be careful, it will be troublesome after get off work. Before 8 o'clock, there will be people working, so there is no problem. Everything else is good, it's no problem to stop for a night on the way to see the Great Barrier Reef.

The hotel is very quiet, giving the most beautiful bath room, the time to go, almost no one in the town, but the environment is really better than expected, especially quiet, suitable for a leisurely walk. As soon as the service staff arrived, they prepared the room card, checked in the passport and checked in, and delivered a bottle of milk.

I have been staying with them for more than 25 years. A great hotel, especially with current management under Sharon and Max. Clean, friendly, homey, professional and just great. The best hotel in Maryborough by far.

The room is small with breakfast and a few slices of bread! Sanitary conditions are OK! Came here for a night while renting no place in hervey bay.

Very good, the breakfast is good and the variety is richer. The night view of the room looking out is not bad.

The hotel is on Ferry Street which is a major street in Maryborough, which means its easy to walk a couple of blocks to find food or drive (without needing a GPS) to get back. Check in process was super simple - loved that it is paid on arrival as with Covid restrictions this really limits plans and booking. Loved that there was cold milk at the reception fridge for you to take to your room for coffee too! Parking is right out front your door, which is so convenient for unpacking. The rooms are really big! There is alot of room and they are clean and tidy. Love the apartment had a big fridge with freezer and so much bench space. I also loved that the bedroom could be open and flowing with the lounge or closed off by sliding doors. The bed was extremely comfortable! We slept with the fan on low and windows open (middle of summer) and barely heard any traffic - so as people have previously complained about i was a little worried but this was DEFINITELY not the case) THE POOL was our favourite place! Its a fantastic size, not too deep for families to swim and feel safe and it was nice in the afternoon to relax at the pool. There is alot of undercover / outdoor seating you an enjoy a bbq or take away meal without being in your room which was also really cool, there is also chairs out the front of your room too - so much seating without having to always be inside! Check out process was the easiest thing i have ever done - pass the keys over and off you go! I was very thankful, as I needed to attend an appt and had to check out a little later, and the manager was very accomodating. Overall the hotel is great and will definitely stay again when we come to maryborough next

I live in a RV that can only accommodate one person. It is 7 square meters and has a private bathroom, kettle, microwave, and refrigerator. Bath towel soap. Free tea bags. Parking is possible in the open space in front of each room. The swimming pool is relatively small.
