One of the best experiences I had. Starting with hotel booking per se, it was fully booked season. I managed to book by direct contact with the front disk as an old loyal customer. Emailing was prompt and to the point when I changed our arrival time. Room location was very nice with Neretva view, spacious with extra bed. The bathroom was excellent. Top clean and quality service at front desk and room service. The breakfast was very good. Hotel location was very convenient. Thank you Bristol Hotel family- it was very nice stay and hope to see you once again.

Was on a group tour with Costsaver/Trafalgar and stayed one night at this hotel. Glad it was only one night. The room was very dim and some pot lights not working. The room was so hot the thermostat read 26 degrees celsius. I could not adjust the a/c and Mostar outside is so hot hot hot! Went down to the front lobby reception to ask them to adjust it. They did check on their computer and said they would lower it a few degrees. When I woke up in the morning the thermostat in the room still was at 26 degrees celsius. That is not right that they regulate the a/c from their front desk to keep it so hot. Not pleasant. I even felt that the lighting in the room got dimmer and dimmer as it got later. Even the light in the hallways in the early evening are off and only come on when there is movement. The only nice thing about this hotel was our group had an included buffet dinner at their hotel restaurant. The food was very good. A lot of choice meat, chicken, fries and desserts.

Hotel Mepas in Mostar, which is located in the center and within the shopping mall, is really beautiful, the rooms are spacious and very clean, and it also has its own indoor pool, jacuzzi, wellness center, and the food in the restaurant is really delicious, plentiful and varied, and what I would rate the most is great kindness of all the employees in this wonderful hotel and all these people are in fact a real proud pillar of this facility. THANK YOU Thank you all for your hospitality, because I, as a person with special needs, enjoyed myself, but it's really nice to come to your hotel and feel like you're at home, and I'm sure we'll see each other again.. All in all, everyone who wants to come to Mostar I highly recommend Hotel Mepas Hotel with soul!!! thank you i really enjoyed it....

This hotel is at a very central location, convenient to get to both the Old Town and train station. The room is very clean and modern, my biggest complaint is that the curtain is not blackout, so for someone sensitive to light like myself struggle to sleep well, this does seem to be quite common in BiH though to use non-blackout curtain. The breakfast at this hotel is decent with a handful of choices, what I enjoyed most is the swimming pool and the sauna in the basement, despite it is a small boutique hotel, so it was never crowded due to the small number of rooms here. PS: This hotel is on the Muslim side of Mostar, so alcohol is banned.

This hotel is really great. I was originally worried about safety after seeing reviews about Mostar online, but the staff at this hotel were very enthusiastic. They gave detailed introductions when checking in, gave local maps, and gave away two mobile phones. The card can access the Internet. The breakfast provided in our room was very rich and had many varieties. Our next stop was Montenegro, and the hotel staff also helped print invitations. We stayed for two days and had dinner here on the second day. We thought the beef burger was a hamburger, but it turned out that there was cheese in the middle of the beef. We accidentally ordered the wrong one, but it was really delicious. The pasta is also good, and the local specialty of meat wrapped in grape leaves is also good, but the French fries are a bit salty, which is different from those in China. The sanitary conditions of the hotel are also good, the sheets and bathroom are good. The only shortcoming is the electric water heater. Because it is a water storage type, the water capacity is limited and needs to be washed as soon as possible. However, this small flaw is completely acceptable. The location is also good, it is very convenient to go directly to the old town. Oh, by the way, we went to take the bus the next day, because we took a taxi before we got off the train and came to the hotel. It cost 5 euros. I thought it was a bit expensive. I asked the service staff and they said that we could call a taxi, which cost about six or seven marks. We were worried about finding the wrong bus station, but the service staff said they would call it for us. During breakfast the next day, they asked about the time, made a reservation for the bus in advance, and helped us put our luggage on the bus, which was really considerate. Really, if I have the chance to go next time, I will definitely stay here again. Finally, the service staff in this store are all very good-looking. It’s a pity that I forgot to take photos with them.

A short stay for a day, the hotel is quite close to Old Bridge , there are shortcuts to go directly from the hotel to the old street. The room was large and clean and tidy, and it was quite quiet at night. The hotel supervisor is very enthusiastic and has been chatting with you. The waiter will also help you carry your luggage to the room and help you carry your luggage from the room to the car when you check out. (Remember to tip) The nearest parking lot to the hotel is called: Parking 5 star. 12 euros a day, but the parking payment machine can use Bosnian coins. The front desk of the hotel will remind you very intimately and help you change the euro to Bosnian coins. The service is full! The hotel also offers dinner, very authentic Bosnian cuisine, fish and lamb recommended!

We stayed at Pansion Nur for one night in Mostar during a recent trip to the Balkans. It could not have been more charming. The location is perfect (steps from the ”Crooked Bridge”), house is lovely, room comfortable and well-appointed, and the balcony had a gorgeous view of the river. The host couple are the most lovely people. The husband parked our car for us (free onsite parking is a huge bonus!!), and spoke excellent English, and the wife makes home-made ice cream for the guests! They also gave us great advice on where to eat. Two tips: 1. Follow your GPS exactly. It will tell you to turn on a road that may not appear to be a road, but this is where you need to turn. 2. When you get to the Pansion, ring the buzzer and the hosts will come out to greet you.

The hotel is fantastic. In the middle of the mountain, our car is very exciting. The parking lot is also half-sloping. The car is tilted and parked, just like the Leaning Tower of Pisa. There is no scenery... The breakfast here is very very nice. I will still will come……

We were in Mostar during the off season and the hotel staff Ms Lela was kind enough to upgrade our room since the room we booked was on the top floor and was very small. It would be quite difficult to carry a luggage up the stairs as they did not have any elevators and both my husband and I are over 60 yrs old. The other lady on duty, Ms Elma was also very helpful in helping us to arrange for a taxi in Mostar and transport to Sarajevo. The location was near the old town..easy access to walk to the old bridge. Near a big supermarket . I would recommend Sinan Han . They are scheduled for some upgrading works and additional rooms so maybe there would be a elevator installed for easy access to the rooms.

All aspects are better. The management staff are very friendly. The breakfast is also quite rich and the grade is average. The location is two kilometers from the city.
