The service attitude of the waiters here is very good. The location is very convenient near the old bridge. The Sac👍👍👍👍 for dinner is a must-try for guests staying here

Check-in was until 7pm, but I contacted them in advance and they were able to accommodate late-night check-in. It was really helpful.
The hotel is located in the middle of a tourist spot, so it's made of stone and is really close to the tourist spots, about a 2-minute walk away.
The staff were all very nice, and I had a really good stay.
I'd definitely like to visit again if I go there again.

The location of the hotel was superb right at the old town of Mostar its a superb location, the staff were courteous and tried their best to accomodate everything
The hotel is small and cramped, the toilet is so small they dont even have shower curtain. If you shower you ll wet the whole floor.
The 1st night we couldnt sleep at all the bed was hard and the pillow was low grade pillows. Worse case our room was located at the back near the back alley or airwell. At 2 am somebody came back to their room and talking so loudly till we were awaken
We asked the hotel to change the pillow unfortunately they said thats the only pillow they had. 2 sleepless nites in Mostar. The housekeeping were very slow. We drove off in the morning to Blagaj when we reached back the hotel at 2pm our room was not done i was really not happy
Whatever you do pls dont go for the bfast upon check in the guy Anel said its 12euro person but the lady at the reception charged us 24 euro each 😢
I was a bit in a rush. To argue. So i left
I will not return to this hotel as i think they ripped u off.

The location is good, in the old street, up and down three or four floors, and it takes three minutes to walk to the old bridge. The boss is very considerate and prepared cold drinks when entering the door. The guy helped with the luggage when picking up and dropping off, of course, you have to tip. The room is clean, tidy and comfortable, and the facilities are sufficient. The environment is good, and the house is near the stream so it is not noisy at night. It is recommended to walk along the stream to the old bridge in the early morning. Compared with the lively tourist scene during the day, the early morning is quieter and more comfortable.
