Noting to complain … all perfect . Room , food , guide ,get a full board … it come with 3 meal and 2 game drive .

The special experience, the environmental facilities are ok, and I am especially satisfied with the meals.
Disadvantage 1- The front desk can't figure out what I paid before leaving
2- Additional environmental protection fee like 800rants
3- Facilities and hotels are still incomparable

I don't understand that people can be negative about this accommodation. In my opinion, that says more about the people themselves than about the accommodation. From start to finish everything was perfectly arranged, we had a beautiful villa with everything! Transport to and from the reception was well organized, one phone call and in no time we were brought and picked up. Our ranger Therien was a topper, who showed us a lot, and really told us everything about the wildlife, this lady knows her job very well, it doesn't get any better in our opinion! In short, a world experience that we will recommend to everyone who visits South Africa!!👌

We really weren’t sure what to expect having never done a safari previously. All I can say is wow. A truly life changing experience where you will see nature at its most raw. Our arrival and check in was seamless. Simply signed in, we’re given drinks and then ushered to the restaurant prior to a late afternoon safari. Meanwhile bags were moved to our lodge/hut. The accommodation was superb, clean and spacious with panoramic views where we could see a lake and wildlife visitors. WiFi excellent throughout The safari tours themselves were safe, comfortable and with a guide who was so knowledgeable he put David Attenborough to shame 😃. We saw lions, cheetah, giraffe, umpteen types of deer, zebra etc etc. And witnessed a lion hunt. Food was 10/10. Only issue was that the portions were massive and we simply couldn’t clear plates. Staff couldn’t have been friendlier. I’m actually typing this as we await our transport to leave. We really don’t want to. BRILLIANT isn’t a word I bandy around for holidays. This is the exception. Thank you.

Wir waren zwei Nächte in der Lodge. Es war das zentrale Erlebnis unserer Südafrikareise. Wunderschön fanden wir unsere Unterkunft in einer der Kwena-Villen. Die Ranger, mit denen wir die vier Ausfahrten gemacht haben, waren absolut super und wir haben die big five fast alle gesehen. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. Nicht so toll fanden wir das all - inklusive Essen. Da gibt man sich leider nicht so viel Mühe, wie es für so eine teure, tolle Lodge angemessen wäre, sowohl bei der Vielfalt der Auswahl als auch bei der Qualität. Eher mittelmäßiger Mainstream. Unser Sohn bekam vom Essen Magen-Darm mit Fieber. Das Personal, das wir um Hilfe baten war sehr bemüht uns zu helfen. Allerdings kein Arzt weit und breit. Das Team in der Rezeption wirkte bei Ankunft und Abreise unmotiviert und desinteressiert. Die Liegeplätze am Pool sind zu wenige, es war überfüllt.

Das gesamte Game Reserve ist wirklich top. Die Safaris waren dank der tollen Arbeit von Stan einfach unvergesslich. Wir würden es jedem empfehlen und es wieder machen. Vielen Danke Stan für deinen Beitrag und dafür, dass du unseren Urlaub zu etwas besonderem gemacht hast.
