Lidt en skam, at man skal bede om at få gjort rent.
Super lækkert med en kapsel kaffemaskine på værelset. Den virkede bare ikke. Heller ikke efter gentagne anmodninger.
TV skærmen var i stykker.
Virkeligt venligt personale, lækkert mad og morgenmafsbuffet. Lækkert wellness område.

Syden i Moss
Flott hotell med sydenfølelse, bar mat og hyggelig betjening! Men servitørene manglet mye erfaring og tidvis kaotisk å få bestilt mat og drikke i lunsjen. Middagen fungerte bedre:)

Pent hotell
Utrolig pent hotell med flott interiør og vakker strand utenfor. Utenom det var hotellet helt OK, de tar betalt for alt de kan av tilleggstjenester og det er veldig vanskelig å finne en oversikt over det. Maten til frokost og middag var god.

"Beach-Life"
Very freindly and aproaching staff. The hotel has an ambient theme of "Beach life" throughout. - even with ovn beach outside by the shore. Rooms are comfy and clean, - bed is nice. Restaurant is classy without trying "too hard" - which actually works well in supporting the ambient atmosphere.
Nice pool area on top with inside/outside pool and sauna with rituals and friendly staff.

Allt är superbra, men man behöver kontakta receptionen för att få städat och bäddat rummet, men det meddelas först när du kommer upp på rummet och säger att man gör det för miljön… nej, man gör det för att man sparar in på städning och sänker personalkostnaderna. Flera andra hotell bjuder på en drink i baren eller man signalerar det med en hängare på dörren.
