Separate entry through a private fenced patio with access to hot tub (shared with guests in main house), new hybrid queen bed, 55" TV, ceiling fan, central heat, kitchenette (with hot plate/basic cookware/dining ware/coffee maker/microwave/fridge freezer combo) and private bath/separate shower. The new loveseat is also a comfy sleeper - $50.00 for each additional guest, up to 2 with 4 guests max in unit. Beautiful little hideaway Wonderful little apartment in Moss Beach!! Comes with shared access to a hot tub, and is minutes away from several beaches and downtown Half Moon Bay. The apartment is very clean, and very well-appointed with things you may need. I appreciated the coffee and Keurig! Also has a microwave and mini-fridge, as well as a hot plate for cooking. The bed is surprisingly comfortable, and the neighborhood is quiet and pretty. There's a neighborhood book exchange about 2 blocks away, so I make a point of bringing an almost completed book with me to exchange while I'm down there. Communication with Scott is quick and easy, and we had all that we needed to make our stay pleasant and perfect! I hope to stay again later this year!

Perfect for an Anniversary Getaway! Our stay was top notch! The studio was absolutely adorable and had one of the best showers I've had the pleasure of using. The hosts were the best! They even left an anniversary gift for me and my husband. We are talking about a family trip
