Aspetti positivi, preponderanti: la posizione incantevole, per chi scia ma anche a prescindere dallo sci, molto panoramica e tranquilla; il personale super cortese e professionale; la cucina di alta qualità soprattutto nel senso della varietà delle proposte; la struttura molto estesa, che offre indubbiamente tanti servizi (giardino, terrazza, palestra, zona giochi al chiuso per i bambini davvero bella, piscina interna ed esterna grande e ben riscaldata, idromassaggio, sala biliardo, ecc.). Aspetti che ci hanno un pochino deluso visto che parliamo di un 4 stelle superior: qualche trascuratezza negli spazi esterni e negli arredi (sia delle stanze che delle zone comuni), e il fatto che sia un posto un po' dispersivo: nessuno ti accompagna in stanza all'arrrivo, e non ti viene fornita nè oralmente nè per iscritto una spiegazione generale di quello che l'albergo offre, col rischio che ci si "perda" qualcosa soprattutto se il soggiorno è breve. Detto questo, è sicuramente un ottimo hotel in un gran bel posto, i prezzi vanno di conseguenza.

Wir hatten eine Suite im Haus Zirm im 2. Stock mit Blick Richtung Dolomiten. Die Aussicht vor dort ist sensationell. Die ganze Suite hat eine Glasfront, so sieht man die Berge von Früh bis spät. Es passt einfach alles: Chef und Personal und Saunameister sind extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer wurde gereinigt, während wir beim Frühstüvk waren ! Das Hotel ist bis in den kleinsten Winkel liebevoll eingerichtet. Vom Frühstück über Jause (herrlicher Südtiroler APfelstrudel) bis zum Abendessen alles top frisch und köstlich mit regionalen Zutaten. Nachhaltigkeit wird hier zu 100% gelebt ! Die Orangensaftmaschine beim Frühstück ist die Beste, die wir je gesehen haben ! Man könnte endlos weiter aufzählen, dafür reicht der Platz leider nicht aus! Das Skigebiet ist auch top mit einer Ski in/out Anbindung ans Hotel. Garagenplatz ist auch vorhanden. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!

Inutile dilungarsi, noi andiamo da più di 15 anni, è spettacolare sotto tutti i punti di vista. Puoi trovare le tipologie di camera per ogni esigenza. Ristorante che potrebbe tranquillamente avere una stella Michelin. Piscina coperta, all'aperto, sauna e quant'altro per rilassarsi. Grandissimo garage coperto. Che dire di più, solo da provare.

Geräumige Zimmer, sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal, fantastischer Wellnessbereich und 1a-Küche, Lage direkt an der Skipiste ideal, wenn denn die Abfahrt möglich ist. Trotz des extrem schlechten Wetters während unserer Urlaubswoche haben wir uns im Berghotel sehr wohlgefühlt.

Netter Empfang, sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr schönes Zimmer mit Blick zur Sextener Sonnenuhr. Der Wellnessbereich bietet alles, was man sich wünschen kann. Das gleiche gilt für Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet. Riesige und qualitativ hochwertige Auswahl mit vielen lokalen Produkten. Vor- und Hauptspeisen klein portioniert, aber in Anbetracht des gewaltigen Vorspeisen- und Salatbuffets passend. Auch das Kuchenbuffet am Nachmittag bietet eine große Vielfalt an herrlichen Mehlspeisen. Das Hotel legt Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit, aber nicht aufdringlich. Insgesamt sehr stimmiges Angebot, das zum Genießen einlädt.

Hotel molto bello ed accogliente, il personale è gentilissimo e mai invadente. Camera spaziosa e silenziosa, con una vista incredibile sulle Dolomiti di Sesto. Si raggiungono le piste da sci in maniera comoda. Cene con cucina gourmet e ricco buffet di antipasti , insalate zuppe e formaggi. Bellissima la zona welness e le piscina.
