It doesn't get any better than this!
If you're looking for something special in Sydney, you'll find it here! Exceptionally friendly staff, beautiful rooms, and a location with a view of the Harbour Bridge and the skyline.
A stone's throw through the wonderful zoo to the ferry dock (personal transportation is even available upon request!) to go to the Opera House and enjoy a delicious meal with a stunning view in the evening.

Because our flight to Australia was delayed, we arrived at the hotel at 10:30 pm. The hotel staff patiently received us and specially arranged the activities of the day to the daytime of the next day. The breakfast was also very good, with a perfect view. I like it here, see you next time.

Staff and rooms were great. Extra tours like the sanctuary tour and night zoo tours were excellent. Staying 3 nights tho and the same food every morning was a but much but for an oriental person, suggest to include rice in the daily selection

The Wildlife retreat and Taronga Zoo did an excellent job on conservation and sustainability. The staff are very knowledgable and friendly. The fine dining restaurant Me- Gal was good but not excellent ( with exceptional view of Sydney harbour). The retreat has another entrance to Taronga Zoo so you can go back and forth to the Zoo. The night tour of the zoo is a must join event.

It was a wonderful hotel with a very liberating feeling!
First of all, the atmosphere of the lobby and the view of Sydney from there were very beautiful.
The room was clean and easy to use, and best of all, I was happy to be able to see the cute koalas walking and sleeping from the window of my room. Of course, I also participated in the sanctuary tour and night tour which are only available to guests staying at the hotel. It was a very valuable experience and I was able to enjoy the zoo to the fullest!
The slippers provided for the children were soft and had koalas embroidered on them, and were also environmentally friendly.
Breakfast and the pizza we had for dinner in the lounge bar were both delicious, making it a great stay.
