Tolles Hotel mit kleinen Appartments die alles haben was man so braucht und das Badezimmer ist sehr sauber. Die Betten sind ausgesprochen bequem und das Restaurant ist sehr lecker! Das Frühstück kann frisch zubereitet werden und ist auch sehr lecker. Ich werde es weiterempfehlen.

We were a group of 14 ranging in age from 8 to 78 and stayed for 4 nights. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The children (and some adults) loved the pool. The landscaping and the open-air dining area enhanced the relaxing atmosphere. There was a good variety of food at the buffet for the vegans and vegetarians in our group.

Chanya lodge is a pleasant place to book in Tanzania, specifically if you are planning on Mt.Kilimanjaro hiking or Safari tours around. There a several food options that you could choose at the place to your palate. Breakfast buffet offers a large variety of food and is very filling. The onsite Chef has taken the time to come upto to you to see if the food was well done and see if they need to make any changes. The staff including the Manager was very supportive and extremely helpful.You will be able organize mostly everything from the reception, this may include the tours, any special requests. I was able to take their bicycles and go out to see the local market, meet people. Tanzanians are extremely helpful and very hospitable people. They also made sure of my safety if when I wanted to go out, late nights etc. Highly recommend the place if you were to stay in Tanzania. Please note that menu and the rates were in USD.

Beautiful grounds, spacious room, walk-in rain shower and air conditioning. Restaurant food excellent and attentive staff. Gated for safety. Excellent motel. I felt comfortable and safe during my stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We came straight here after arriving at Kilimanjaro airport. The staff were very friendly, rooms were clean, and it was a great first night. The food is very good- breakfast is a highlight with an omelette bar and rotating options beyond just continental staples.

Wij hebben een erg warm welkom gekregen. De mensen zijn erg vriendelijk. Bij het zwembad was het lekker rustig, dus genoeg plek voor de ligbedjes. Het eten was erg lekker, vooral de lifecooking. Soms komt het drinken wat laat aan, maar dat is bij zo'n vakantie niet erg. Want, Hakuna matata.

Hele fijne spot. Heel relaxed, mega lief personeel, warm welkom en heerlijk eten. De tuin is prachtig en een perfecte plek om te relaxen. De lodges zijn heel cute, lekkere bedden en de badkamer is erg groot. Ook de douche is heerlijk. Zou deze plek zeker even bezoeken tijdens je reis.
