A fantastic place with excellent service. Great garden with pool and restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff. We were with a family of 7 and everyone enjoyed it.

We stayed at Chanya Lodge and it was perfect! I am celiac, I eat gluten-free and everyone was extremely helpful and the chef completely understood and made delicious gluten-free meals for me (even rice flour bread for breakfast!). I highly recommend Chanya Lodge for their warm welcome, their attention to food allergies and their kindness. Again, a big thank you to this wonderful team !!

We had a very pleasant stay overall. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout. The restaurant requires a bit of patience due to slower service, but the food is worth the wait. The swimming pool is on the smaller side but clean and nicely maintained, perfect for a quick dip. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped – a great place to relax after a long day. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing getaway.

Too expensive for the services we got. 14o Usd per night is just an insult. Breakfast was pathetic and a cold buffet, dinner unbelievable!! Very poor service and slow. Rooms just ok but my colleagues had their hot shower not working for 3 nights. walls are heavily cracked with wooden damage inside the room. no light properly. ac noise, no any facility in the rooms no kettle no tcm nothing inside room.service was slow. poor laundry service, swimming pool as jokes, changing room looks like a danger zone. The shower is not working. no proper towel. The restaurant was too hot. crockery plates were cracked, spoon dirty and table mat chair table all dirty spots. I almost got fired for having booked this hotel, my boss from The Netherlands was so pissed off. Don't waste your cash here.

POOR HOTEL SERVICE 0 ! RUN AWAY! The hotel charges 4.8% more than the prices displayed on booking (questionable method) but let’s move on. The swimming pool was dirty, no facilities in the changing room, no facilities, no tea kettle in the room, no tea supply in the room. I wanted to order a pasta dish and zanzibar fish but there was a very small portion. I asked for some extra pasta and curry to be added but my request was refused. The unfriendly staff, the senior who refused my request. Lousy service, even lousier manager. all area darkness looks *******. The internet is very poor, there is no water pressure in the shower. nobody in the reception in the night i am trying to call front desk no buddy pickup the phone, totally poor experience. Luckily I only stayed one night because that says a lot! As I request management please train the team properly.
