The resort is well located and nicely built but they need to do work on the operations. The staff are very attentive but lack hotel training. For example, the restaurant gets you to order your dinner meals several hours before dinner, and they arrive having sat in a warmer for some time. The tea and coffee in the room was not refreshed during the room cleaning and there was no safe in the rooms. The staff struggled with English and often did not understand requests. The showers had liquid soap and shampoo dispensers fitted but they were not filled. If they had someone with hotel operations experience review, improve and provide training this could be a fantastic resort.

Der schönste und beste Campingplatz in Ostafrika! Bessere sanitäre Anlagen haben wir in ganz Afrika nicht gesehen! Liebevoll und mit Auge für Details geführte Anlage. Sehr nettes Personal. Etwas teurer als Andere, aber den Preis absolut wert!

Eine wunderschöne Anlage zum entspannen und geniessen vor oder nach dem Kilimanjaro. Ist in der Nähe von Moshi Town. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Man fühlt sich einfach zuhause und willkommen. Ich würde sofort wieder hingehen.

Place was beautiful..private,quite and workers are amazing friendly and polite.with excelente service.and bedroom was clean and well kept with all needed necesites the manager was always making sure you were ok. While very nice to see him doing so

We had a relaxing and wonderful time at the hotel. We stayed in one of the rooms with a pool which felt like luxury. The space is beautiful, peaceful and welcoming.. The staff loved on us and were very attentive. It is for these reasons and more I would recommend this hotel.

I would stay there again, just hope they add more local dishes to their menu and find a way to maintain the bad portion of the road leading up to the place.

Tesis çok yeni ve temiz. Mimari, dekorasyon ve peyzajın kesinlikle üst seviye olduğunu söyleyebilirim. Tesisteki oda sayısı yüksek olmadığı için samimi bir ortam var. Personel iyi niyetli. Biz havuzlu villalardan birinde eşimle birlikte 4 gün kaldık, konfor oldukça iyi. Odalarda mini buzdolabı yok. Tesis yerleşim yerlerine biraz uzak, yakınlarda yürüyerek gidilecek bir yer yok ama kiralık bisiklet ile bir tur atılabilir. Kahvaltı menüsü çok zengin değil bence daha çok çeşit olabilirdi, yemek menüleri ise iyi denilebilir. Yemekten 1 saat önce siparişi vermek gerekiyor, ancak hazırlıyorlar.
