After a 3.5-hour hike through the rain, I arrived at the hotel at lunchtime and would have liked to eat after a shower. Even though the guest room was half full, I was rudely rejected as a house guest. Insisting at the reception didn't help either! The room was very nice, but the mood was dampened because I had to go out for lunch in the bad weather. In the evening I wanted to get a beer from the fridge at reception; everything was completed by 6 p.m. Consequently, of course, no one asked at check out whether everything was OK.
