It's not often you stay somewhere which is better than the pictures. Firstly the staff are amazing, they couldn't do enough for us. The evening meal is simply delicious and the waiting staff such lovely friendly people while also being very professional. The wine list in the restaurant is extensive with price options to suit all and expert guidance from the waiting staff. The rooms are very comfortable, I had a single room which was cozy but laid out in a very practical way to make the most of the space. My friends had a double room which was a good size and also very comfortable, all the rooms seemed recently decorated / well maintained. The hotel is located about halfway between the two Gondolas that take you up to Morzine/Les Gets and Avoriaz, each only a short walk (~5 mins). It's in a really nice location in the middle of the town, right next to the town square which is surrounded by pleasant bars and restaurants. The hotel bar is also very nice where you can sit outside and watch the world go by. We had such an amazing stay with some great skiing too, I would highly recommend a visit to Morzine and to Hotel Le Samoyede. Thank you for making our holiday amazing!

This hotel is a perfect little gem of a find and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. The staff are all amazing, everyone one of them went out of their way to make an effort with us. We were half board and I can’t begin to explain how good the food is, breakfast is buffet style, everything you need to set you up for the day, then the evening meals are out of this world, it’s a set menu each night , 5 courses of what can only be described as fine dining….amazing!! (If there was something on the menu you didn’t like, they would accommodate) The location is perfect, you are right in the middle of town with 2 ski lifts a 5 minute stroll away. Added bonus of a spa, which you need to book as they only allow 10 people maximum in at a time, great after a day in the slopes. We loved our stay and will definitely be back Thank you for being the perfect hosts

Brilliant central hotel in Morzine , even when the snow wasn’t great we had a lovely time due to the amazing food and the super friendly staff ! Two in particular made our stay very memorable ; Mika in the restaurant ( peaky blinder haircut ) had a great sense of humour and Emilie the restaurant manager who was so lovely and giggled when we arrived late and slightly tipsy after indulging in apres ski jagerbombs ! The food at this place is absolutely amazing and deserves a Michelin star ⭐

My husband and I spent our honeymoon at the hotel Samoyede and we had a perfect and wonderful stay. The hotel itself is charming and perfectly clean. The decor is beautiful and thoughtful down to the last detail. Our room was well appointed, comfortable, and clean. The housekeeping staff came daily while we were at breakfast so we came home to a made up room before going skiing. The breakfast was PERFECT!!! So delicious with the selection of the day, a made to order omelet, and the full buffet of options like eggs, cheese, fruits, meats, breads, cereals, and the best yogurt I’ve ever had in my life. The ski room was easy to access and secure and also quite lovely. After a long day on the slopes (gondolas only about a 2-3 min walk to get to either Morzine or Avoriaz) the spa was lovely before dinner (although I wish the hot tub was a bit hotter). Then dinner, oh my god, the food was so outstanding. Perfect portions, thoughtfully prepared and perfectly executed French delicacies. WOW!!!! And the dinner wait staff were so lovely always with great wine recommendations and smiles. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. It was the best hotel experience I have had in my entire life.

Can't recommend this hotel enough - and we are fussy!! Great location in central Morzine, an easy short walk to the Pleney lift and the bus stop to Avoriaz is right outside. Boot room with heated boot racks and ski lockers, so no ski mix ups! Cosy, comfortable rooms, particularly the beds, with endless hot water. But the real gem here is the restaurant - fine dining at its absolute best but without any pompousness - all the hotel staff were lovely; extremely polite, genuinely interested in us and knowledgeable about everything they were serving. The flavours and presentation of the food were amazing and the 4th course cheese buffet was a nightly adventure! The hotel owner is also the chef and his passion for hospitality really shines through. The other highlight was the spa, for which you had to book an hourly slot with 10 people maximum allowed at any one time. This meant that the spa never felt crowded (sometimes we had it virtually to ourselves), was always well supplied with towels and spotlessly clean. Plus there were never any kids in it. And somehow we could always book the slot we wanted around 5pm. The perfect end to a day on the slopes!

Stayed for one week. The rooms was nice and clean, breakfast was very good, and so was dinner (which was too much food for me). The staff was very friendly and useful and did its best to provide good services. The location is very comfortable. The bus statin to Avorias bottom station is just in front of the hotel, and the cable car that goes to Les Gets is 3 minutes walk. Overal it is a good hotel.

Brilliant hotel, by far the best ski hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff were excellent, the owners were lovely and helpful and the hotel had a great atmosphere. Food was excellent and I could not recommend the hotel enough, it was fantastic. I will be back.
