Hotel Rhodos Morzine

What can I say about this place, absolutely not impressed at all with how the whole website and booking in is run, we booked the hotel, chair lift passes and secure bike storage through their own website. However on arrival, the chap checking us in, who was about as helpful as a rotten banana, informed us that the bike storage was downstairs and as being secure, a stiff breeze woukd of knocked th3 door down! Its turns out that the bike storage what we paid 60 euros each for, closed down about 2 years ago, yet they are still online for you to book! Ok after speaking to the manager, he let us park our bikes in a room at the back of the bar, but insisted that a member of staff had to put the bikes away for us, again the staff wasn't exactly very helpful, and often moaned when we asked them to take our bikes, so we parked them downstairs instead, no refund given for this! We was told that the lift passes would be available when checking in, but the non so helpful bloke said they don't do this service anymore, which again was kinda frustrating as to where our 370 euros went. Turns out again speaking to the manager that they stopped this service a while ago, but have failed to take it off the website, luckily we got a refund from him for this! We was suppose to have the room cleaned everyday, however the cleaning lady turned up once at 4pm, to which I just got in from a sweaty ride and was just about to jump into a cold shower, so told her not to bother today, never saw her again after this! Most of the staff was very rude, however a special mention goes out to the Irish guy, think he was called spud. If it wasn't for him, we would of struggled to get out money back for the chairlift. Also the breakfast girl, always had a smile on her face and very polite. However the rest was just rude and miserable, it was always a chore in asking them something. It wasn't busy either! The place as itself and the rooms was ok, had no issues with this, just think the staff need and website needs sorting out.

We had a super holiday at Rhodos Horizon Resort . All staff was friendy and kind, especially Elena( Eleni). She always get’s us a place to sit and eat and order our drinks. Kostas makes very delicious coctails, and always with a smile. At the reception they were also very helpfull. The beachbar was very poor! Maybe they could explore a little. Also the staff of cleaning was correct and friendly. Every day…. Kalimera😎
