welcoming staff, well appointed room and good linen. Bar area small and crowded at times. Easy parking outside hotel under the trees. Food very good; wine list extensive and expensive.

Passing through on our way to Calais found this hotel during an area search. The setting of the hotel sold it to me but overall the experience was great. Definitely recommend this hotel.

My wife and I stayed one night at Le Tribunal in transit from Ile de Re to Eurotunnel.Although there is free parking in front of the hotel it was full and we had to park in a street round the back.A minor problem.We were greeted by a very smart and friendly male receptionist who gathered up our very heavy suitcases and carried them up a very narrow spiral staircase to our room.We had a suite which was far more than we really needed but we splashed out for our last night.It was huge and well equipped and had an equally huge bathroom. We ate in the restaurant and had a really good meal.Service is old school formal but all done with a friendly smile. Breakfast buffet choice was excellent. Altogether a very high quality establishment with excellent hospitality from well trained and friendly staff.

Charming old hotel (upstairs rooms not suitable for those with mobility issues). Very comfortable. Staff extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. Unfortunately, restaurant quality and disjointed service disappointing eg veal overcooked and chewy, mackerel under cured and also chewy. Service, though friendly, was haphazard eg had to ask for wine list and wine came after starters; aperitif and canapés not served together

Great location in a super town. The hotel is small and atmospheric in a historic building. The hotel is very nice but the restaurant is excellent. We’ve been here before and so when we needed a stop over as we travelled to a holiday destination this was an obvious place. Great start to our holiday with a relaxing hotel and great food. We’ll be back.

Bel établissement pour un 3 étoiles. Chambre propre spacieuse et agréable . Personnel à l'accueil très professionnel. Nous avons passé 4 nuits de façon tout a fait agréable . Le personnel est au petit soin pour la clientèle . juste le beau temps n'était pas au rendez vous mais ça personne n'y pouvait rien

Mon jugement pour ce magnifique établissement qu'est "l’Hôtel du Tribunal" est sans appel ni recours :"Nous sommes condamnés à un nouveau séjour" !!!! . De l'accueil courtois , avenant & souriant , en passant par la chambre délicieusement décoré et aussi spacieuse que le lit ou l'on dort dans un silence reposant !!! Cet hôtel est à l'image de Mortagne-au-Perche , très agréable avec son propre caractère

Beautiful hotel with tons of space outside in quiet corners. Accommodations were stellar. Bath was not accessible. Staff was terrific from the welcome to the au revoir.
