Logis Hôtel Restaurant Ritter'Hoft

Wir kamen abends an, kurz vor Restaurantschluss, und wurden freundlich begrüßt und aufmerksam bewirtet. Das Essen war bodenständig (Knöpfle, Foie Gras von der Ente, Filetsteak), von hoher Qualität und ansprechend angerichtet. Dazu gab es eine kleine, aber vielseitige Auswahl offener Weine. Im Zimmer erwartete uns ein gutes Bett und ein vollständig ausgestattetes Bad - klein, aber modern, gemütlich und einladend gestaltet. Ein vielseitiges und köstliches Frühstück rundete diesen Aufenthalt ab, der nicht unser letzter gewesen sein wird!

N'étant pas à notre premier séjour dans cet hôtel, nous sommes toujours aussi ravis d'y revenir. Belle chambre confortable et bien équipée, repas goûteux et de qualité, petit déjeuner buffet très varié et copieux. Les hôtes de cet établissement familial sont très sympathiques, chaleureux et très avenants. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel

MAUVAIS MOMENT !!! J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel en juin 2024. Les prestations y sont correctes mais sans plus. Mais j'ai vécu une très mauvaise expérience auprès des propriétaires qui n'ont pas voulu me compter la totalité de mon séjour sur la carte Etik logis de France. Au lieu de prendre en compte la somme de 361 euros ils ont pris en compte 210 euros... J'ai dû batailler pour me faire entendre. Ils se sont montrés agressif (surtout madame) qui n'a pas du tout apprécier que je réclame mon due. Il est inadmissible d'ARNAQUER les clients pro sur leur programme de fidélité. J'y fais systématiquement attention mais bon nombre ne vérifient pas et se font avoir. Un conseil à ceux qui lisent, vérifiez systématiquement la somme prise en compte pour le calcul de votre cash back lorsque vous séjournez dans cet hôtel. Les patrons m'ont sortis un tas d'excuses mensongères et de mauvaise fois pour se justifier. Je passe les details sur les différents autres désagrément qui ont eu lieu lors du séjour... Ils ont fini par ajouter la somme manquante bien après en fin de soirée sûrement en ayant vérifiés leur obligations et en voyant qu'il n'étaient pas dans les clous... Je n'y retournerai pas. Il y'a d'autres logis dans la régions et même dans la ville. J'invite les gens a éviter cet endroit.

Family hotel, clean and well maintained. The room was not very big but very comfortable, and probably redone not too long ago. The staff is very pleasant. In short, we recommend.

We had the opportunity to return there with our friends and once again everyone was very satisfied: the decor of the room was appreciated, the welcome and the service were perfect, the Sunday meal was exquisite and copious for the low price of €37, the wines of the month were appropriate.

The hotel has free, easily accessible parking. We had booked a superior room which was renovated, clean with a large 1m80 bed. However, we were disappointed by its cramped side. Likewise, the renovated and clean bathroom turned out to be narrow, especially the space between the shower and the sink. The only window overlooked a tiled roof and therefore offered no view. Breakfast was very good, but the room was rather cold. A few more degrees would have made this moment more pleasant. In the end, the sum of 130 euros (room and breakfast for two people) seems high to us in view of the services provided. Small side note: when on our arrival we took the elevator with our luggage, we were surprised to discover on the floor a pile of sheets intended for cleaning.

Friendly and smiling staff, very nice room, quiet, free parking on site, very good varied and hearty breakfast, all in a magnificent region, ideal location for hiking or visiting the surrounding area,
