I have stayed with this brand several times, and I feel it is highly trustworthy and has a good overall rating. Today's room is clean, the bed is comfortable and easy to sleep on, but there is something wrong with the faucet in the bathroom and it is difficult to operate. It should be replaced!

I absolutely love the front desk clerk she is so sweet so helpful and always make sure I have exactly what I ask for. The rooms are so clean the beds are so comfortable. I give this place a 100%

Bed was super soft and housekeeping was up to par. I enjoyed my stay with my boyfriend during my birthday trip, only minor inconvenience were the young kids being in the lobby and haggling us. Checking in and out was easy and we were greeted with a welcoming smile and manner!

The rooms are awesome, the breakfast was tasty, the beds are comfy and the AC is ice cold. But what stood out to us the most was the incredible hospitality skills from all the staff! We want to especially shout out Ms Valerie Victoria who was working the front desk around 10pm when we walked in — she took care of us and set up a room for us enthusiastically and kindly, even offering a late checkout for the following morning since we arrived so late. I do have a couple of suggestions. First a grassy area for pet relief would be much appreciated, especially one closer to the doors. Also, moisture extractor fans in the restrooms. We'd also appreciate if a designated smoking area wasn't right at the front door.

Overall very surprised when I walked into my room with the amount of space. Audre at the front desk was very helpful in assisting all of our needs . The only thing I wasn't good with was the smell of smoke in the hallway on the 3rd floor.

Check in lady was real nice facility was wonderful. Wonderful rooms i've never had to pay a deposit to stay the night there always stayed these hotels? I've never had this problem. I have paid online before in many states. I never had this problem. I've stayed in the same state at one of y'all, hotel I never had this problem, but overall, the place was wonderful.

Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Mike was very helpful getting my reservation handled over the phone and Elaina was very kind and helpful upon our very late arrival. We will definitely make this our normal place to stay when visiting Atlanta.
