We had to switch rooms due to low water pressure in the bathroom, the tv did not work, and one of the beds were caved in 😭. It was a rinky dink hotel if you ask me. I would not be booking again any time soon.

I check in on the 20 of June my husband woke up the next day with some bumps that later was identified as bed bugs went and told the front office and that said I bring them in okay I didn't argue we got dress and left for the day later on that night I blow dried everything and went to sleep so the next morning we both jump up looking for more I don't think we found any more on us so now it's Sunday we left we grab my daughter came back so Monday morning my daughter woke up and behind her ear and going down her neck and left butt cheek was bites mark went straight around the office mad as hell at this point all they offered me was another room I was pissed the uckk off I ask too speak with a manger the owner's or something and all the smart mouth as boy said they not working today 5he could help me and check out and leave the property I told him that's wasn't fair cause what we had was never declined and as I'm writing this post I still haven't received my deposit back k or my 156.76 for today thru Tues but I gotta do something cause this is not fair at all....

It's probably one of the sketchiest hotels out there Filthy, uncomfortable bed, went to get a coffee sat April 19th in the morning, the girl working was too busy talking on the phone to help me when I asked about creamer for the coffee, she finally said "no creamer,only sugar and went back to talking on the phone Will not stay here ever again

The rooms looked nothing like the photo. The outlet by the sink didn't work. There was no iron in my room. So they pulled one from another room.
But the staff was very helpful. They showed great customer service

Only bad thing to say is the pillows. At least there were 4 of them.
Pet policy: only $15 for second pet.
Days inn is $25 for each.

My room door lock was frozen on 2 nights at 4:00am with temps 17-20 degrees. I rang the night bell 20 times before someone came with a hair dryer to thaw the lockso my key would work, both nights. I need a partial refund or a free night stay. Dissatisfied completely.
