Somos clientes habituales de Lopesan, siempre de buena calidad, vinimos a este hotel por la marca pero salimos enormemente decepcionados, el servicio es nefasto, sobretodo el de bares,restaurante y cocina. Es la primera vez en muchos años de vacaciones que salgo del restaurante sin comer, la variedad de la comidas es nula, el personal muy desubicado, pedimos puré para mis bebés el día antes y el personal de cocina nos hizo una mezcla de potitos de supermercado, mis niñas no comieron ningun día en el restaurante a pesar de que pagaron igual que el resto. El personal de cocina tardaba en reponer la comida y además de muy mala calidad, este hotel no hace justicia a la marca LOPESAN. En el bar piscina se forma un charco de agua empozada en la barra que se mezcla con la bebida y la comida, da pena y asco además de poco higiénico intentar tomarse algo en el bar piscina. Nos vamos tristes pero seguimos confiando en la marca porque creemos que vale la pena! Un saludo!

Empezaré a enumerar las cosas positivas que nos encontramos con el hotel, lo primero decir que el hotel es pequeño y muy cómodo para moverte por él, zonas comunes limpias y bien conservadas, hotel tranquilo ideal para descansar con público altamente extranjero y de mayor edad, aunque a partir de Julio empezaron a venir más familias con niños. El personal amable y eficiente pero lo mejor creo que es su ubicación,a escasos metros de la playa de el matorral y a un kilometro del pueblo de morro jable, la comida del buffet estaba rica y bien preparada, así que en general la estancia cumplió con lo que buscábamos que era tranquilidad y descanso, pero también tiene sus puntos a mejorar que los voy a enumerar. La habitación necesitaba una reforma, pocos enchufes para cargar, tenía cortinilla en vez de mampara y había humedades por el aire acondicionado, comida del buffet bien preparada pero estuvimos comiendo 5 días seguidos pechugas de pollo y filetes de cerdo, eche en falta zumos naturales y no de grifo, para el desayuno jamón serrano con tomate triturado, las bebidas del TI son marcas blancas y los cócteles vienen ya hechos de grifo, si quieres algo mejor te toca pagar, los snacks del TI un poco justos. En conclusión hotel correcto, estuvimos a gusto pero necesita mejorar en esos aspectos. Un saludo y perdón por el tostón.

Estoy encantada con este hotel, el mejor hotel del mundo. Repetiría todas las veces. Espectacular en todos los sentidos. El trato de los trabajadores sin palabras. La comida buenísima y abundante. El entorno es precioso, muchas palmeras y vegetación. Las piscinas increíbles y una de ellas con jacuzzi. La animación espectacular. Estoy enamorada de este hotel. Además tiene barra libre en el buffet y en el bar de la piscina. Me encantó que también tenga show por la noche con artista en directo. Y sobretodo lo que más me gusta es que amén a los animales y dejen a los gatitos por el recinto y los cuiden.

Personeel achter de bar super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De rood harige vrouw achter de bar is mega behulpzaam geweest afgelopen 2 weken. Lekkere cocktails en genoeg te snacken(ook gezonde en frisse opties). In het restaurant was het personeel ook erg vriendelijk. Lekker zwembad genoeg plekjes om te liggen. Vrouwelijke lifeguard goed en snel opgetreden bij een ongelukje . De kamer was prima niks spectaculair. leuke activiteiten gedurende de dag. Over het algemeen hangt er een gezellige sfeer in het hotel

Die Lage des Hotels ist super kurzer Weg zum Strand und gleich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort. Die Zimmer zur Straße sind leider nicht sehr gut gedämmt die Bar gegenüber bis nachts bzw. morgens halb sechs laute Musik. Die Speisen sind eher kalt als warm Speisesaal sehr laut Fast jeden Tag das gleiche Essen nicht sehr abwechslungsreich Keine festen Tische für die Urlaubszeit jeden Tag neuen Tisch suchen wenn man mal nicht direkt zu der Zeit der Öffnung des Speisesaales da war musste man Glück haben einen Tisch zu bekommen wenn man mehr als zwei Personen war. Liegen und Schirme am Strand nur gegen Gebühr pro liege und Schirm jeweils 5€ bei einer 4 köpfigen Familie sind das mal gleich 30€ am Tag und somit wurde der Strand gemieden weil ohne Schirm es zu heiß war. Am Pool alles ok gab immer eine Liege. Poolhandtücher gegen Kaution von 10€ pro Person war auch ok Wechsel der poolhandtücher kostenpflichtig mit 1€. Personal immer sehr freundlich. Sauberkeit in den Zimmern war sehr gut allerdings sieht man das dieses Hotel in die Jahre gekommen ist und auf den Fluren die Auslegware sehr befleckt und abgenutzt ist.

Ich bin jetzt seit 13 Jahren immer in dieser Pracht von Hotel ich bin zwar erst 15 Jahre alt, aber durch diese wunderschöne Strandlage gibt es für mich und meine Familie kein besseres Hotel. Ich würde jederzeit von jedem Ort der Welt in dieses gute Hotel fahren. Ich finde auch die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und sind sich für keine Frage zu schade.
