The hotel is a walk in the sand, away from the movement, super quiet to rest. All places are comfortable and well-cared, staff very attentive, sympathetic and educated. The restaurant is tertiary but follows the same line as the hostel. We were very well served and the food was very good.The swimming pool and the bedrooms during the day are also excellent. Breakfast is served by the restaurant staff. I missed only one thing, but for personal taste it was a dress or a heavyer sleeping command, but it's taste. We're sleeping very well. I recommend!

Es nuestra primera vez en Morro de São Paulo y buscábamos un lugar tranquilo, con naturaleza y buenos servicios para pasar siete días de nuestra luna de miel. La elección fue muy acertada, con el consejo de Andrés Mazzola de Hiperviajes, Montevideo. Encontramos todo eso, con excelencia, amabilidad y buena disposición del personal, junto a la maravillosa tercera playa y a pocos minutos de caminata de las piscinas naturales que hay donde se encuentran la tercera y la cuarta playa. Desde la recepción ya se empieza a disfrutar con una bienvenida muy amable y servicial. En la tardes, Celeste nos dió muy buenas recomendaciones sobre actividades en el lugar, y resolvió para nosotros varios detalles. Tienen un servicio muy esmerado en el desayuno, con una estación de tapioca y un buffet variados y muy tentadores. El restaurante Azzurro es un lugar bello con balcones a la playa, un menú muy adecuado, una moqueca de pulpo y camarón inolvidable, y la sonrisa y el profesionalismo de Lorena y su equipo. La piscina está muy buena, y anuncian su renovación. Y los jardines... Qué decir! Esmero permanente, colores, flores, pájaros hermosos, yodo muy espacioso y espléndido. Un hotel para volver, un restaurante para visitar aunque estés en otro hotel.

The hotel has a simple infrastructure, a limited breakfast in variety. Old air conditioning without temperature control and a freezer does not have any drinks for purchase.

My husband and I were in Morro de São Paulo to celebrate our honeymoon. As it was important for us to celebrate this occasion we decided not to look too much for money, so we decided to stay at Minha Louca Paixão. At arrivals we were given two glass bottles as the property has a sustainable approach and we liked it! The receptionist that checked us in was a bit unmotivated, not sure is her usual approach or she’s just like that. Anyway, she told us that the water in the mini bar in the room (in cans, specifying they were blue and orange - still and sparkling) were included in the price. Unfortunately at check-out we have been charged for them even though we explained we were told they were free. We booked one of the basic rooms as they were too expensive. Despite being the “cheapest” option the rate is overpriced or, at least, for what we got. The room was not very comfortable, one socket close to the bed (and when we asked at reception for an extension lead we were told to enjoy our stay. Even if it was a joke, in my opinion must be avoided as it is our business what we do during our holidays. All the other sockets were occupied for the devices in the room (fridge, television, etc) The lady that was close to the reception (from the housekeeping team I guess) heard our request and went to check if they had one, no luck. For the money we paid we were expecting them to try to find one. In the room we found a welcome card (not sure was just specific for us as it wasn’t mentioning anything about our honeymoon and a voucher for 2 free drinks). The glasses of the windows were dirty. In the balcony there was no hammock (on their website there is written that all the rooms have one). When asked to reception we were told that some rooms might not have it and then told us that somebody would have brought one. No one came. We had to ask again the following morning. The bathroom smelled as damp. The wire of the hairdryer was completely full of mould. The drain of the sink was very slow and the bathroom got blocked more than once. The breakfast was great, all the people working in the restaurant/bar were amazing. We only had an inconvenient with a meal as we asked for a moqueca de camarão and we were charged something else instead. This happened as the online menu was not the same as the one in the restaurant. Luckily this has been sorted at check-out as it was not our mistake. We specifically ordered the mentioned dish and we were not told that was no longer in their menu. The pools are beautiful, however they must have regular maintenance - they were damaged by the passing time. Should the price get lower (we spent over 8,000 R$ for one week) it might be worth going back, otherwise, we won’t recommend it .

I was hosted in Pousada Bahia 10 between days 10/01/25 and 16/01/25, and it was just a fantastic experience! The service is perfect, with a super careful and performing team, always ready to help with a smile on the face. The rooms are extremely clean and well-cared, ensuring great comfort throughout the stay. The location is another high point: well in the heart of Morro de São Paulo, near all the island's best. And the breakfast? Just delicious, with a variety of fresh and tasty options that make every morning special. I will certainly return and recommend closed eyes!

Ótimo custo-benefício! Pousada localizada na praia um, ao lado do centrinho e dos bares da praia 2! Possui dois prédios, um de frente ao mar e outro do outro lado da rua(anexo). Quartos novos e limpos. Excelente atendimento, todos funcionários são muito educados! O café da manhã é maravilhoso!!! Voltaremos !

Quartos com espaço bom, cama boa, banheiro limpo e funcional. Bom custo benefício. Os recepcionistas são muito prestativos e dão várias dicas de lugares bons para comer e dicas dos passeios. Caso vc queira ficar próximo aos restaurantes, da pracinha e do atracadouro (carregar por menos tempo as malas), indico de olhos fechados. Mas não espere vista do mar dos sonhos. Alguns pontos acabaram incomodando um pouco a estadia: a porta do quarto ficava rangendo toda vez que alguém abria a porta de algum outro quarto do mesmo hall; as camareiras ficam gritando pelos corredores de manhã (caso vc queira dormir até mais tarde eh praticamente impossível); o horário do encerramento da piscina eh as 19h (o que não da pra aproveitar nada praticamente). Café da manhã fraco, sem opções básicas de suco de laranja e pão de queijo. A tapioca não é feita com goma fresca, o que deixa a mesma dura e ressecada.

Optamos pelo Portaló inicialmente pelo por do sol e realmente valeu muito a pena . A piscina é incrível e a vista do pôr do sol um espetáculo . Colaborador Max que nos atendeu era muito atencioso e educado , os drinks que ele faz são muito bons . Café da manhã delicioso , atenção especial para o crepes , mas tudo muito saboroso e de qualidade . A atendente sempre atenciosa e de bom humor . Nós hospedamos em um chalé bem fofo , para mim não é um problema tampas e escadas , a vista vale muito a pena , mas se você tiver limitação , converse para pegar um chalé mais para baixo . Recepção do hotel maravilhosa , me recordo do lucas que era muito simpático e educadíssimo , todos que nos atenderam foram iguais . Precisei do serviço de lavanderia , um espetáculo também e por fim , deixamos para jantar no último dia no hotel , e que pena , pois amamos a janta . O Max nos ajudou na escolha e optamos por picanha na chapa que estava sensacional . Recomendo em todos os quesitos esse hotel . Voltaremos em breve

Very nice place but unfortunately it's not as it should be for the price and what it could offer. Most of the staff don't care for the clients, and you need to ask a few times for things, also no one speaks English. The breakfast was disappointing, lots of sweet cakes but supersweet and little other options. The same fruits every day, juices without flavor except for orange juice. Horrible meat and bread quality. Other food is mediocre The swimming pool and beach are not cleaned on a regular basis, so you find trash and old plates left. The room had fridges with visible corrosion outside, and the umbrella was broken. The cleaning lady leaves the balcony unlocked. The busses don't leave every hour during the whole day but only in the morning and then every 2 hours.
