Gostamos muito do hotel, apenas achamos muito caro bebidas e picolés!! Digo exageradamente caros.
Apesar de não termos sido tão bem tratados por uma boa parte dos funcionários do hotel, um em especial gerente Thiago do restaurante do café da manhã foi muito solicito e até preparou um chá para meu filho q estava c diarreia!! Enfim, no final acaba q não esquecemos sempre de como fomos recebidos!!

Nossa segunda vez no Patachocas e continua sendo uma ótima opção para famílias no Morro. Hotel tem estrutura de resort sem a “muvuca” dos mesmos. Os quartos vila são espaçosos e confortáveis porém os banheiros precisam de uma reforma. Os horários do ônibus para a vila e vice-versa poderiam ser mais frequentes, principalmente a tardinha/noite. Funcionários não fazem questão de serem simpáticos e tias da recreação chegam a revirar os olhos para pedidos simples das crianças. O café da manhã é variado e muito bom. O restaurante tem menu variado a preços justo. Outro ponto alto é a limpeza da piscina.

Ótimo hotel, instalações super bem cuidados, café da manhã espetacular! Cama enorme, muito confortável, lençóis e toalhas cheirosos e agradáveis. A praia em frente é um elogio a parte, estrutura confortável com espreguiçadeiras, quadra de beach tênis e opções de lazer. O restaurante serve almoço e jantar a la carne, comida deliciosa e preços justos. Choveu bastante nos dias que ficamos mas isso não nos impediu de curtir a piscina e atrás do hotel. Piscina grande, super limpa! O traslado para Morro que é um pouco trabalhoso (fizemos o semi-terrestre com barco+ônibus+lancha), mas nada que prejudique os dias ótimos que passamos por lá. O ônibus que o hotel dispõe para traslados morro/hotel e hotel/morro é muito bom e pontual.

Não é lugar de casal, muito barulho, gritaria, famílias grandes, música alta o tempo todo. No primeiro dia, às 23 horas o som do restaurante e as pessoas barulhentas me incomodaram, por ouvir do quarto. No segundo dia, meu quarto infestou de baratas, baratas na cortina, na cama, no dossel, no espelho, no painel da cama, no painel da TV, foi assustador e complementarmente desagradável ! Um show de horrores ! Mais de 10 baratas. Fiz as malas morrendo de medo de elas estarem lá dentro e mudamos de quarto. Ao relatar na rceepção, ninguém se "abalou ou se chocou" e em nenhum momento ninguém se desculpou ou deu um parecer sobre essa experiência horrorosa ! Única coisa boa do hotel é a tranquilidade da praia, porém nao tem cadeiras/camas e guarda sois para todos entao nao pudemos usar a estrutura do hotel. O rapaz do café da manhã que fazia omelete/tapioca era muito simpático e atencioso. O suco do cafe da manhã era água colorida, o que gera desperdício já que todos pegam e não bebem, melhorem !

O hotel é muito bonito, pé na areia, com uma estrutura excelente para quem busca tranquilidade e contato direto com a natureza. O restaurante oferece várias opções de refeições e o café da manhã, incluso na diária, estava muito bom. É o tipo de lugar ideal para descansar, especialmente por estar localizado na Quarta Praia, mais afastado do centrinho de Morro de São Paulo. Como pontos de melhoria, deixo algumas sugestões construtivas baseadas na nossa experiência em família: sentimos falta de uma brinquedoteca condizente com o porte do hotel, o que faria bastante diferença para quem viaja com crianças. E, por termos pegado dias mais frios, sentimos falta de uma piscina aquecida ou jacuzzi, o que tornaria a estadia ainda mais confortável mesmo em dias nublados. No geral, é um ótimo local para quem busca descanso e natureza, com potencial de ser ainda melhor com pequenos ajustes.
