We had a wonderful stay here and would definitely return. The hotel is clean and surprisingly quiet given how close it is to both the interstate and the airport - we were not disturbed by traffic or airline noise at all. The suites have everything you could want to make you comfortable and their breakfast is excellent - plenty of choices no matter your dietary needs or preferences. The staff are kind and friendly and the location is excellent. The two things this hotel could do to bump it up to five stars would be to wipe down the tables in the breakfast area regularly. The breakfast bar itself was spotless and well-maintained but I never saw anyone clean the dining area and we always had to use a table that still had "leftovers" from previous diners, like jelly stains and coffee drips. Ick! And, the sound on the television in the lounge area is completely unnecessary and quite annoying. Everyone has their own electronic devices these days and if they WANT noise, they can use their own device and headphones. If they want silence - which we do - it is impossible to find in the common areas of this hotel. Every time we would turn off the sound on the television (closed captions were on, so anyone who wanted to follow along, could), someone from management would come to turn the sound back on without even asking us if we wanted that. The remote is out there for guests to use - if they turn the sound off, please respect that and don't subject them to a cacophony when they're just trying to have their breakfast.

Our stay was very good. The room was clean and well stocked. Our room was very accessible to the front desk as well as the main area for breakfast. Staff was very friendly.

Room exeeded our expectations. Very clean. Beds were hard as a brick. Shuttle service was on time to and from the airport.

We killed several cockroaches during our stay. The room was nice n big and everything but cockroaches spoiled it and I didn't pay over $200 to kill cockroaches. Sorry. Ask in advance if it is cockroach-free property.
