Don't stay...Filthy Dirty, rude staff, entrance doors were duck taped unlocked! Anyone could enter the hotel, so it felt very unsafe! Can't believe this hotel meets Best Western Plus Standards! Decided not to eat breakfast...just wanted to leave!

The hotel was clean and the staff was pleasant and professional. The parking area was safe. The breakfast area was clean and the breakfast was very good. I was actually surprised that breakfast was very good. I would stay again as I frequent the area.

The best thing about it was it seemed pretty clean. It's not handicap accessible. The bathroom was not handicap accessible. I stayed in what appeared to be an updated room, but the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling with some water damaged. Other not too pleasant issues, the least being you couldn't see out the window and it's under major repairs. I was really disappointed.

EXCELLENT, one of the nicest BW we have stayed at. Accepts pets, a big plus. Room was VERY clean & remodeled. The curtains did not close all the way & did let all the light from outside in, on the sides & middle, we do like it dark at night. So if u like it to look like daylight it would be fine. We have stayed here several times, so one tip, if u do not like interstate road noise, ask to stay on the front side. It is much quieter. The breakfast is one of the best we have ever had for hotel bfasts. Good selection, eggs, biscuits, gravy, sausage. Bagels & toast. Instant Oatmeal, waffles.The breakfast area is very roomy. Many tables, not crowded at all. This BW is older, but has been updated and taken care of it to make it excellent. We really enjoying staying at Morristown BW!! Plus it is very close to Sevierville & Pigein Forge, another PLUS!! ALSO, The bed was very comfortable. Great sleep, that is why we stay in a hotel.

Even though this place is going through reconstruction, the staff, the “free” breakfast, and our rooms were fine. My wife and I are PAP users (sleep apnea), the outlets were placed conveniently to connect our devices. We stayed for 2 days and our room was cleaned daily. The Process of checking in and out was easy. The Best Western app was also very helpful. If you are around White Pine and Morristown, this place is worth a stay.

Clean rooms and property. Good value for the money. The staff was accommodating to our requests. We would stay again when in the area. Right next to a Cracker Barrel which was very convenient for us. Close to highway and other shopping areas. In a developing area.

Due to the airline problems, we arrived a day later than expected. When mentioned to the clerk, he assured us that he would take care of it. Instead, they billed us twice for the same stay (almost $800). Their written policy states that a missed reservation would be charged $100. Instead, Best Western charged the full amount for both "reservations." When confronted with the double charge at checkout, the clerk claimed they could not see two charges. Now calling customer service, they claim both charges are valid and refused to offer a refund.

Great place to stay. Great breakfast bar and a very clean establishment. Plenty of places to park a utility trailer as well we're having to do. Friendly and helpful workers. There is a beautiful and clean pool on the premises. I would choose this hotel over any others in the area due to price and overall feeling of hotel

An older hotel and conference center, but room was remodeled and clean. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was good. Hallways could use an upgrade, and transient workers have taped off the security locks. It is a non-smoking hotel, but people stand near the doorways and smoke. Pet friendly, and we had a first floor room with a patio door we could take the dogs in and out easily. Near shopping and restaurants.
