$302.38 !!! Price gouging! I was behind a worker who checked out, I was attempting to check in. (at a lower rate I was told earlier) The manager was rude and had a nasty mouth. The man named Michael attempted to ask why the rate was so high. She told him if he didn't like the F##king rate go someplace else. Then told him to F off!!! I was in shock. 10/06/24 Needless to say I walked out!! He was in 408, he showed me his invoice! He also posted on Tim Tok while I was there. This was a worker there to help people with the flooding from the hurricane and desperately needed a room. They ripped him off and thought is was funny. They ripped everyone else off! DO NOT STAY HERE AND HOLIDAY INN OWES THESE TWO MEN A REFUND!! AND OTHER WORKERS! They charged them both twice the rate simply because they could! I'll never stay at another Holiday Inn... NEVER! SHAME ON YOU HOLIDAY INN!!!!

Inflated prices during a natural disaster . not sure why a hotel that is usually between $115 and $200 a night is all of a sudden charging $300 for a room. it is price gouging. Clearly taking advantage of people in the area to help. Front desk Staff is rude.

The entitled “management “ treats customers like they are 💩 even though they double booked a room. A man was sleeping in the bed when we unlocked the door 👀 this could have been a dangerous situation for my daughters and myself. Manager was a horrible woman.

How Unprofessional to Price Gouge!! This men are helping out Americans in need and you want to treat them like a piece of garbage and say @$#% to them over the pricing? I will never stay at a Holiday Inn Express EVER! DAMN INDIANS GETTING TAX BREAKS, GO BACK TO YOUR OWN COUNTRY!

I’m reporting this to every Tennessee official I can. This is a heartless and greedy practice. Good people there to help can’t afford that rate. Shouldn’t have to, this and surrounding hotels should offer disaster relief rates to these people. May god have mercy on your soup. My family and I will NEVER stay with holiday inn or any affiliates again. Absolutely heartbreaking and shameful. As I understand it, hefty fines are handed out for this. I hope you get the max penalty allowed. You’re being reported!

The place ****** , the female manger , was unprofessional . She has a smart mouth and cussed at me , and told me if I did not like the prices . To go to a different hotel . They are price gouging . I will never stay there again ! That women needs to be fired !

This place doubled price for ppl helping in Helene relief. Tried to double up ppl in 1 room. Manager treated these volunteers like trash. I have stayed at holiday inns many times. I will never stay at another one again. Internet showed $148/night. She charged them $300/night. THEY WERE VOLUNTEERS. You didn’t have to give room for free, but you could have at least honored price listed. Do better holiday inn.

They will not honor what’s advertised on their booking page and claim the booking page is not correct. They blame it on a third party booking company. Very unprofessional service. To top it off they get rude about it and tell you to leave if you don’t like it.

Stayed at this hotel as we were in the area trying to deliver goods to those in need in towns close by. The staff at check in was beyond rude when we asked why a room was more than twice the price it was just a week before. Was told if we didn't like it then go somewhere else. We didn't have a choice but to stay and when spoke to the Manager the following morning, we were told the same thing. If we didn't like it then leave and not to come back. They are taking advantage of those coming to help with the hurricane relief and of those who were displaced. This is not acceptable for any reason.
