The location is very good. It is convenient to eat and shop nearby. The room is clean and tidy. The only drawback is that you can hear the sound of the nearby train, which is a bit noisy. The air conditioner in the room is also very loud.

The pillows were amazing! Tried to get the brand name but staff informed me that they were a Hyatt exclusive. Everything was clean, updated and staff was friendly and informative. I would 100% stay there again!

The staff was friendly, professional and accommodating! The room was clean, spacious and the bed and pillows was comfortable. I loved the light up mirror in the bathroom and the reading lights on the bed. This hotel was conveniently located walking distance to shops and restaurants.
