It is suitable for people who have a car and don't have a car. I should not choose this place. The environment needs to be good, but I just went out and met a woman who was insane. She was sitting in front of my room and came back at night to see her sitting outside the hotel in the parking lot. The service person is only polite. left on the sofa in the room

Went with family for a hospital visit as I live 2 hours away. This hotel was very comfortable and convenient. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly. We had breakfast there because it was convenient. There was a wide selection and it was very nice. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Really impressed with this hotel. Booked online at the last minute for the night, and the hotel and staff were brilliant. Very comfortable bed and the room had everything you’d need. Will definitely stay again and I would recommend to others.

Always friendly staff on duty I felt safe as a lone traveller. Room predictably clean and quiet and the bed was comfy. Parking not an issue here as there’s plenty of space. It’s a convenient approach from the north and better than the city centre Premier Inn which I did not rate at all.

Swansea north was a really nice hotel we had a room in the annex at the back of the hotel it was lovely and clean well kept and very comfortable. The shower cubicle in the room was really nice so much better than the baths you normally get. The food was good at the on site beefeater both at evening and breakfast. Overall a great stay.

We stayed just for the 1 night as we were down in Swansea for our daughters birthday. Overall the room was good but it would have been great to have an extra couple of pillows. The room was clean, tidy and the shower was clean, water pressure could have been a little higher.

Hotel is ok ,clean and comfortable ,,but please don’t ever eat in the restaurant..the staff are very helpful but unfortunately not trained up& not experienced enough to deal with the rubbish food that they’re serving it is tasteless and not worthy of the price,, it’s embarrassing for the staff for people that our handing it back it’s so bad ..for the companies that are paying for meal deals..better off going to Tesco for a sandwich

This Premier Inn was superb.Highly recommend as all staff - Manager, Admin at Reception & Cleaning staff were so wonderful,helpful and supportive during my stay whilst recuperating from an operation undertaken at the nearby Morriston Hospital.Thank you all so much.
